barbara kI had no interaction with any employees, as I dropped off after hours. But the lot was easy to access. Lots of room for the drop off. My concern is I still have not received any kind of acknowledgement that the trailer has been received. I thought I would get an email or text indicating so. The website indicates my rental has ended. Based on feedback from others, I was expecting an email assuring me the trailer has been received and in the same good condition as when I picked it up.

dave mThey have little to no cellular signal on site. After hours was beyond painful to do the check in. The business should offer first wifi to eliminate the difficulty. The truck and everything wise was great. Using the app was unacceptable.

STEVEN GBack left tire was low on air pressure. I needed to fill it. Warning light is on in the dashboard. Charged me two days for a one-day rental. Driver side door was difficult to shut.
rich sI paid for furniture dolly’s and they were not with the truck at time of pick up. I was unable to obtain due to picking up over the weekend (after hours)

Matthew HDidn’t deal with anyone as it was an after hours return. Attempted to charge me based on a fuel level reading that was not the the same as the picture I had. Take a picture of odometer and fuel level even if the app doesn’t seem to work.
Denny JThey were shocked we had a vehicle with graffiti on it. They charged us for 15 extra miles after we were told that we were getting 20 added to our account by Uhaul customer service when they changed our pick up.

Chuck CEasy to drop off. Website worked until I tried to submit photos as requested. I took photos, and when tried to upload it popped me off the site. I signed in again to submit photos and it said I had no rentals. So, still don’t know if the photos were submitted or not.

Don ZMy experience was not the best. When I made the reservation - it was all messed up. I had called to confirm some questions on my rental - I found that it was booked incorrectly. I was heading to TX on a one way run Picking up May 28 and they had me returning the truck in Cross Lake on June 1. Andy who helping me the second time - must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed - cuz he was a terrible person to work with. I asked a simple question - which is better to use - rachet straps or bungy cords. He would only say "that is a personal preference". Another person who worked there said - if you have very heavy things - a rachet "may" be the better choice. Light things bungy. Andy would only respond to me harshly. Never would I want to do busy with that guy again. When I got my first truck. I was checking it out and the "check engine" light was on. Why would you give out a truck with the Check Engine light on? I refused that truck and they brought me another one. This was was better however. The inside of the truck was Wet. The storage over the truck area was pooling in water which then ran down into the main box of the truck. We had alot of rain recently - when I found that - it made me concerned that my things would be wet, should we have a bunch of rain on the way to TX. Cross Lake Build All Lumber needs to inspect their trucks better before renting them out. Dropping the truck off here in Mansfield TX was easy as pie. Remember before taking any rental take LOTS of pictures inside and out. Protect yourself incase you deal iwth a guy like Andy in Cross Lake.

Leo ZSince we returned the rental truck on a Sun morning when the business was closed, we did the self-return option. The location was easy to find, and the facility looks brand-new from the exterior. Parked the truck with the other vehicles and followed the step-by-step directions provided via a link sent by text. Super easy to complete, locked up the truck and put the keys in the dropbox. Would definitely use this location in the future.

Colin TWe rented a 6x12 which was perfect for our needs. It would be nice if this size trailer had a jack stand it is too heavy to lift off for a person and even two of us struggled. Trailer pulled well and everyone was very nice and helpful at this location.

jammie bLockbox did not work at first location. Second location took 8 different codes on 3 lockboxes to open. Then is took and hour to dig the truck out and get it ready to drive
