Durail HNumber one get a working phone number. The phone number on google doesn’t work and I have extra charges on my card that we’re not supposed to be charged to my card! I was told that rental was 38.96 I added insurance which was 15.00 they charge me an extra 27.00 for what I will be up there! That’s why people don’t like giving they card information because of people unprofessional business shady practices . Don’t steal from me

MOHAMAD SPerhaps not speaking curtly to customers, as well as providing CORRECT hours of operation. We were given misinformation, so upon return of the uhaul the facility was closed and locked up. This mean they’d have to charge me a “convenience fee” due to their closing early. In my opinion, this is tantamount to theft. I will never use this location, or patronize this business again!
LISA GI can't think of anything at the moment. The employees were very accommodating and had excellent customer service. This location had the best service I've ever experienced. I would definitely use them again!

Mohamed MThe approval process needs to be updated your customer set assistant never responded the truck wasn’t even available at the time I requested they were parked somewhere else so I was just sitting and waiting this location needs to revamped and updated you guys are operating like the 60’s you guys gotta catch up with other locations because this one was by far the worse and the truck is extremely raggedy felt like it was going to shut down and I never had a uhaul that gas tank was empty terrible customer service
