LOYD MBest U-haul rental location in Broken Arrow! Over the last year we have had to rent dozens of U-haul trucks to haul things for our small business. We have rented from every Broken Arrow location and this location is, by far. the best when it comes to customer service and ease of use. We can always count on our truck being ready on time, clean and in good condition. The team at Builders Transmission has jumped through hoops to help us get the truck we needed, when others failed. Your trucks are great, but your people are fantastic! Thanks for always taking such great care of us!

Steven TI was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the Uhaul app it doesn't work when trying to find your location. Send up calling in every time this is a huge time waster and extremely frustrating. When checking out the app kept resetting. Your customer service is very friendly and helpful.

LARRY KLove the new 5x8 drop door. Stuff gets stuck in the roll up and it takes too much room to open the other type doors. Perfect
Rick CI had to rent an automobile transport trailer. From the time I pulled up until the time I drove off was about 10 minutes. That includes doing all the paperwork because I didn't call ahead or plan or anything, I just pulled up after seeing trailer sitting there. They made it very easy and got me on the road pretty quick.

Butch RAgent never got out of her chair to make sure the van was ready, there were food wrappers, a piece of lettuce and spit-sunflower seeds in the floor and drivers door. There were about 40 paper clips and dirt on the cargo floor (I had to sweep this out myself). There was mud packed in the rear wheels flush with the tires. It’s obvious no one at builders transmission looked at the van after the last renter.
RONALD SThe cab smelled like rotten something. Needed air fryer and I told the gentleman about it, he was very nice. I told him I'll be back in a couple weeks to rent again.

Gerald DWas unable to either pick up or return vehicle from app---pickup unable to complete b/c "email already in use", return b/c "no rentals found on acct. (Was using email that I had reserved vehicle with.) Fortunately, owner of Builder's Transmission had come in early and assisted, or I would have waited in the cold and dark until regular opening time.
Lisa WCharged me an extra $20 for no reason I filled up the tank and cleaned it I didn’t even use all the miles I said I might use and still made me pay extra.

CHRIS CJust wasn’t professional. One guy was rude that was helping me when I picked up. I don’t rent all the time so he can’t assume and get mad if I don’t know what I was doing when I backed up to the trailer to hitch up! Plus, they said that they charged me $45.89 and then my credit card statement said $120.89. When I went back to them they didn’t believe me. Gave me the run around. I went here because it’s convenient. But I do guess you get what you pay for!

Keith MThe customer service at the drop off location was non-existent. These people acted purely inconvenienced by having to receive the truck, and apparently lost the ability to speak as we were just pointed around the location and rudely told the process was already started.
darcy gI filled up the truck to where it was when I left the site. Then I was charged a fuel fee of $18 and change. I didn't use the moving pads, was charged, but understand I requested them for possible use. Most expensive move I've ever experienced. Won't use again.
Erica DAgent was arguing with me when called to tell me the location was open when in fact was closed. No drop off scanner “under the box”
Julian MI would say maybe start renting a couple of cars at repair locations so someone that isn’t in a wreck and insurance won’t pay for a car rental can get a car instead of a uhaul van. I rented the van cause it was cheaper than a rental car company and I drove it less than 25 miles just to get home and back the next day so I could get my fixed vehicle back. Just a suggestion to consider.
