I can not speak about the inside of the location as I dropped off the truck after hours. However, the location just does not represent U-Haul in my opinion. It is a trailer on the side of the highway that my GPS got confused about. Then when I called the next morning to make sure everything was done correctly, I was told their computers were down and I would get a call back. Still haven't received that phone call. I attempted to call today and a gentleman said, "You need to call U-Haul". So although it was convenient for a drop off. But I would strongly discourage anyone from going to that location.lucinda G.

Even though I had a good experience with the truck I rented. The place I rented it from I would never go there again. The place was not would I say a good place to be at and it took forever to get the vehicle even though I rented it online. But for the 15 footer truck I rented it was a good purchase and will do it again thank u hall u made my move great! But when I have to check and make sure the tires and fluids are good that's not a good thing for me. But I made sure as a renter I cleaned out the interior and bed to make sure the next customer had a great experience. ThanksSTEPHEN B.

I made my reservation 72 hours in advance to pick up the truck three miles from my house. Twenty four hours before pick up, U Haul corporate called me to inform me that the truck I reserved was no longer available, and the closest one was an hour drive from my house. After much fussing, corporate found a truck truth miles from my house and redid my reservation. When I went to pick up the truck, the location was closed. I called U Haul again, an informed them the location was closed. The lady on the phone wanted me to open a U Haul account and attempt a contactless pick upâ€” ain't no body got time for that, I was trying to move that day, was on a tight schedule, and didn't want to â€œattemptâ€ anything. I needed a truck, not a bunch of fun around. She found me another truck at another location ten miles away. More driving, and more time wasted. When I turned in the truck, at the requested location at 1730, the place was closed. I was forced to do the contactless turn in. The turn in process took over twenty minutes for something that would've taken much less time if a real human was available. On top of that, I was charged $40 more for the rental because I didn't turn the truck in by 1000 that morning. I made a reservation to turn in the truck on 01 JUL 2020 because that was the day I was moving into my houseâ€” it seems crazy to have the turn in time for the morning that someone reaches their destination and unloads their stuff. Overall the equipment was clean and well maintained, but U Haul as an organization leaves much to be desired. I'll consider all other options for a moving truck before trying to use U Haul again.David B.

Get the computer system working for the lady behind the desk. She was very helpful and courteous; but, she struggled with the system and needed to make a number of calls before releasing the truck and also the trailer that we rented later that day.DALE D.
