Same great service!
Sarah JIt's frustrating to have to repeat the reservation steps when you've already done everything on the app. I've done remote truck pickups with U-Haul at unmanned locations, so I know you don't have to do this. If you speak to a person at the pickup site, however, it never fails...you go back through the process step by step that you did on the app.

JAMES EThe business owners were outside when we pulled up and didn’t speak or acknowledge us. The cab of the truck had chip crumbs and candy in it from the last users and the oil life indicator said 0%. When I brought it up to Bullocks they said it wasn’t their responsibility to maintain the trucks, which I understand. They called their rep who said the oil was changed but they just didn’t reset it. This lack of care and attention gave me pause about the trucks condition but it ended up driving okay.
Elizabeth TUhual needs a better system in general. I scheduled a pick-up over a week in advance , and still wound up having to drive over 30 minutes to go pick it up , even though the usual in my town had several 15ft trucks the afternoon before my scheduled pick up.

Marvin MI made reservations for Jackson months ahead of time. The day before my pickup date I received a call no trucks available with in 50 miles of Jackson. The only truck available was 70 miles away. I had to scramble to get this truck. When I returned home with the truck from Philadelphia, a 26-foot truck was sitting on the lot less than a block of my house. The Location in Philadelphia was clean, the people friendly and knew what they were doing. U-Haul scheduling system needs overhauling.
Elaine sThe only issues I had was originally I booked a 15’ foot truck. I received a call Friday afternoon stating that even though I reserved said truck, they didn’t have anymore available and I had to upgrade to the 20’ truck. U-Haul didn’t offer to cover the difference on the truck, but had the audacity to say it was that truck or no truck at all. Went to pick up the truck Saturday, and the pickup location had TWO 15’ trucks sitting there after I was told there was only 20’ available. Mad doesn’t even begin to cover how I felt- made me feel like it was a ploy to get more money out of me. While checking in, I spoke with someone from U-Haul named “Ryan”. He was WONDERFUL! He got me switched over to one of the smaller trucks and had wonderful customer service skills. Although he made the issues better, I’m extremely upset about there being issues like that in the first place.

anthony wThe car hauler I picked up had a nail in it & went flat when we loaded our car on it. I had to go back to the dealer & get another car hauler. The two others they had available-one had wires showing in one tire & the other had several tires at a low pressure that we had to get aired up. My time was delayed by about 2 hours due to this.

LARRY KThe location was fine, but I spoke to this lady on the phone before reserving a truck and she told me to reserve at U-hall.com. I asked her if she could reserve it for me, but she said that would take time. Really!!! So, I reserved online and when I went to pick the truck up, she asked me all the questions over again and wanted all of my info. I was not impressed.
