I dropped off the tow dolly and was told an email verification would be sent. Had to call the location in the afternoon when I had not received the email. The email was sent after call. Had to unhook tow dolly myself and place in line.martin O.

Make sure that there is gas in the truck! You had my paperwork show that I had to provide a quarter tank at drop off, but truck was VERY low when received by me.Danny C.
Uhaul sent me 15 miles from my house to pick up a truck and trailer. When I got there, they had neither the truck nor trailer. The lady at this place spent 45 minutes to an hour looking for what I had reserved. A 26 ft truck and 4x8 trailer. What I end up getting was a 20 ft truck with a 6x12 trailer. Uhaul had me scheduled to go to 2 different places to pick up my truck and trailer. When I got to the first place, the lady there did some searching and I ended up with a 20 ft truck, 6x12 trailer or, I had to drive 30 miles to get what I had ordered in the first place. All of this while I had a loading crew coming to pack all of my belongings at $125.00 an hour. So, am I happy, heck no.Ross M.

Truck was old but clean and seemed well maintained. Large mirror on rider's side would not adjust so I was unable to see on that side of the truck, The small blindside mirror was adjusted properly. Process of picking up and returning the truck was fine.Robert L.
No where close to the customer experience we receive from Strand Storage. Had to search around to find our truck with no assistance. The hand truck we reserved was not in the truck so we had to search the back of other trucks to find one (again with no assistance), then were told we had to park it in the same spot which was impossible after having the truck for 4 days. Only problem I had was I lost uhaul key and for $25 this place cut me another one...but it only worked in the door not the initial. I had to pay $180 for a mobile locksmith to cut one & he used the same code...told me 1st cut key wasn't cut correctly.Melynda A.

I was charged a cleaning fee when unit was returned 10 hours early and clean. Then had thee nerve to send me a picture without unit number showing with a small plastic groceries bag and look like 4 tiny pieces of paper in it. The things people will do for money! I'm sure it's uhaul policy to charge out the nose per mi but moving forward I won't use uhaul or ever recommend you to anyone. This is twice I've used uhaul with the same outcome. Never again. There's too many other options.ANGELA T.

Uhaul should update there time schedules for this location. It listed bumper to bumper as being closed when In fact they were open thank goodness because the key to the truck was not in the designated pick up box.RAYMOND H.

The truck hadn't been cleaned in a long while. I had to get some disinfectant wipes to clean it enough to feel safe enough to drive it. This vehicle that dirty with post pandemic problems still lingering. Very disappointedJerry O.

I would recommend this location because the staff if nice and friendly, but they should alway check the trucks in before renting them out after they've been used. The truck I rented had a gad leak and we didn't discover the issue until after driving the truck about 30 miles. DANGEROUS situtation! Hemingway SC location.CLARENCE J.
Pickup truck was absolutely disgusting, windows were so dirty I had to clean them before even attempting to drive the truck. Vehicle only had a 1/4 tank of fuel so that had to be filled up before I could continue. Access and drop off is a nitemare at this location. The car hauler was buried in between two uhaul box trucks. If I had not been a truck driver it would have been a accident waiting to happen. The truck was out of alignment so it constantly wanted to pull to the left and the front rotors were bad so every time the brakes were applied the steering wheel would shake. Would not recommend this pickup or drop off locationerik C.

This truck was disgusting. It was filthy inside--cigarette butts in ashtray, seats and ceiling dirty. I had to clean it up a bit and spray Fabreeze in it. I really would like to get a discount for having to drive this filthy vehicle over 300 miles.EMILY B.

Was given the wrong truck and charged wrong amount and had to pay for gas that I should not have had to. I was reimbursed for part of the gas, but still had to pay too much for gas in the wrong vehicle.MARK M.

Our rental was available at the scheduled pick-up time and we were not notified in advance. A replacement truck had to be used and the mileage and pictures didn't match the info in the verification link we received. Mileage was still incorrect when I returned the vehicle resulting in over mileage fee having to be paid.J D.

I myself as the consumer that rented the trailer did not appreciate how the young lady that set us up for the trailer for pickup handled the deal when I arrive to pick up the trailer she sent me around to go hook the trailer up and did not escort me to make sure that everything hooked up fine and was working well that I had a properly safe trailer to pull as I went to hook up the trailer the plug was broke off for the lights so I sent my wife to the front door and the young lady was getting at her truck and leaving leaving us stuck luckily your mechanic came down and help me out but the front desk I did not appreciate how she handled the deal leaving me like that not knowing whether I would be safe with the trailer or not that could possibly consider be a lawsuit from someone somewhere down the road just thought I would mention that but other than that I enjoyed the little trailer it work perfect were what I neededDENNIS H.
