U-Haul doesn’t communicate with their pick up locations so I ended up going to 4 different places to get a truck after booking it with U-Haul people to begin with. And then was offered a discount but wasn’t even close to making up for the bull crap we went through

The location was closed and I couldn't get the app to work. Called uhaul and they were no help. Worst experience ever. Even charged me for extra milage after uhaul changed my dropoff location.. Will not be using again. Nobody with uhaul cared when I spoke to them. Worst experience ever, and no one has contacted me to discuss anything.

The only negative was that the gas tank was nearly empty. We barely made it to a gas station. It would have been better if the gas level had been at least a quarter tank or more.

We weren't at this locating. This place had to tow the uhaul from my driveway. After it had to be towed from Highway 74 & 410 the day before. I would think a partial refund would be appropriate at this point.

It was 20 plus miles away from where I rented the truck from originally. Then I was charged 1.29 per mile. I don’t think that’s really fair

Key dropoff was poorly marked and the garage itself is not in the part of town where you want to wait for a taxi service! Go while they are open and the sun is out!

The women who waited on me never got off her chair. She did not look at the car hauler for any damage. She just asked if there was anything wrong with the hauler that she needed to know. I told her no. Anytime I rented a moving truck, car hauler or trailer the employee always came out to check the Uhauls property. My husband had to unhook tcongested. She had no idea if we even returned it! This area is also very conjested.

Easy access to the store. Getting the truck was fast because I had completed the online paperwork before I got there. Truck was dirty and the cargo area had oil stains in it. Had to put blanket in the floor to keep furniture from getting nasty. Inside truck wasn’t clean - it was swept out - just not clean and it had ants.

I got charged for furniture pads and a appliance dolly that was no in the vehicle and no where did it let you say that. So be careful you don't get over charged for items you requested but were not provided!

Lewis at Bumper to Bumper was great! We truly appreciated how he went above and beyond coming out to help us properly secure our vehicle onto the car hauler. We will definitely specifically request this location for our needs for the next two years, bringing our daughter back from college.
