The key was to a different uhaul number then the one they told me it was for. The lock on the box was old and rusty. It took several tries to get it open. It needs to be replaced. I finally figure out which uhaul it is and it's nasty inside. It was full of dirt, wood chips and gas cans. Someone was using this as ac work truck. I was not happy.Nancy F.

Please do not allow people to make reservations only to show up and not have a truck available. I had to make an entirely new reservation at this location, which was excellent, because the previous reservation fell through last minute and I had so go through multiple lines of customer service only to be pushed back to the next day and I didn't even get a confirmation for the reservation they said they made for me. Overall it all worked out, but a terrible customer service experience and we will do all we can to avoid using UHaul again.Adam C.

Trucks are parked so tight together that passenger side mirrors are folded in and you are expected to back them out on rutted, busted pavement lot. I had to back out the length of two full trucks and turn into a narrow alley without hitting additional trailers. You nearly need a CDL license to accomplish this task.Philip W.

The service at the location was solid. The problem was the truck. The truck I was given had major issues that resulted in me spending a total of 30 minutes after every stop trying to turn the key. The ignition would lock every time after I turned the truck off. Needless to say it was a nightmare. I called roadside 4x, each time they were very helpful by the time someone was dispatched the ignition would finally turn.Craig M.

The inside of the trailer was dirty. The chains were too long. I had to stop and replace the electric hook up half way thru my trip. If you look at the picture taken at in Conway,SC, you see the electrical hook up was weathered. When it was returned in Bloomsdale, MO, the electrical hook up cord is new.Catherine D.

I dropped off the tow dolly and was told an email verification would be sent. Had to call the location in the afternoon when I had not received the email. The email was sent after call. Had to unhook tow dolly myself and place in line.martin O.

Make sure that there is gas in the truck! You had my paperwork show that I had to provide a quarter tank at drop off, but truck was VERY low when received by me.Danny C.
Uhaul sent me 15 miles from my house to pick up a truck and trailer. When I got there, they had neither the truck nor trailer. The lady at this place spent 45 minutes to an hour looking for what I had reserved. A 26 ft truck and 4x8 trailer. What I end up getting was a 20 ft truck with a 6x12 trailer. Uhaul had me scheduled to go to 2 different places to pick up my truck and trailer. When I got to the first place, the lady there did some searching and I ended up with a 20 ft truck, 6x12 trailer or, I had to drive 30 miles to get what I had ordered in the first place. All of this while I had a loading crew coming to pack all of my belongings at $125.00 an hour. So, am I happy, heck no.Ross M.

Truck was old but clean and seemed well maintained. Large mirror on rider's side would not adjust so I was unable to see on that side of the truck, The small blindside mirror was adjusted properly. Process of picking up and returning the truck was fine.Robert L.
No where close to the customer experience we receive from Strand Storage. Had to search around to find our truck with no assistance. The hand truck we reserved was not in the truck so we had to search the back of other trucks to find one (again with no assistance), then were told we had to park it in the same spot which was impossible after having the truck for 4 days. Only problem I had was I lost uhaul key and for $25 this place cut me another one...but it only worked in the door not the initial. I had to pay $180 for a mobile locksmith to cut one & he used the same code...told me 1st cut key wasn't cut correctly.Melynda A.

I was charged a cleaning fee when unit was returned 10 hours early and clean. Then had thee nerve to send me a picture without unit number showing with a small plastic groceries bag and look like 4 tiny pieces of paper in it. The things people will do for money! I'm sure it's uhaul policy to charge out the nose per mi but moving forward I won't use uhaul or ever recommend you to anyone. This is twice I've used uhaul with the same outcome. Never again. There's too many other options.ANGELA T.

Uhaul should update there time schedules for this location. It listed bumper to bumper as being closed when In fact they were open thank goodness because the key to the truck was not in the designated pick up box.RAYMOND H.

The truck hadn't been cleaned in a long while. I had to get some disinfectant wipes to clean it enough to feel safe enough to drive it. This vehicle that dirty with post pandemic problems still lingering. Very disappointedJerry O.
