The drop off location was a gas station and the inside staff new little about the procedure. Also, the app used to return it was frustrating. U-Haul did a nice job with a video on how it should work. The app did not work well. It would not except the pictures I was taking. It was VERY frustrating. It took me about 30 minutes because of the photo issues.
