JOSEPH GPicking up traikler was quick and easy and was a good experience. I needed an extra day - communication was good. Checking out upon return of trailer was painful - almost a half an hour as attendant searched through his phone for transaction details. Almost enough to never return

JITENDRA CI booked the trailer on the website requesting 24 hour rental, from 4pm Saturday to 4pm Sunday. I was given a rate of one day's booking - about $50. Onsite, I was quoted two days rental and told that the system had doubled the price treating it as two days. The representative changed the return time to 3pm, which reduced the price back to 24 hours. However, I was unable to guarantee I would actually return by 3pm as this did not align with my plans. I returned at about 3:30pm Sunday after rushing all day to try to make the deadline. The representative onsite told me I was supposed to return the trailer by 3pm, but when I explained I had picked up at 4pm yesterday and returned it before 4pm the next day, he kindly ensured the bill reflected one day rental. This one hour difference was an annoyance on both ends despite the onsite staff both being helpful. I was rushed and anxious all day while trying to move a family member out of their apartment. This contributed to a stressful day and I wish the system issues described to me did not make me worry about paying double and have to explain and discuss everything twice. Again, the onsite staff were kind and helpful to address this issue. The equipment was affordable and in good working order.

KERR Pthis was truly the worst customer experience I have had in years. Getting the truck was a nightmare, had to download the app, add a contact to call, the location of the pick up was a shady looking car wash. Everything was horrible. On top of that I returned the truck with more gas than when I picked it up yet I was still charged $22 for gas. Absolutely horrible experience, never using you again.

JOHNATHON SThe location was unable to provide ANY requested dollys or carts that we had requested in order to move our items. We had to source them out elsewhere. The glove box was broken inside, the van had dirt and vegetation from another renter and the light stayed on inside the van despite us opening and closing all doors multiple times. It seemed poorly maintained.
AMANDA SThe staff didn't give me any direction and even though there was a drop off key, they took the key for me (I got it back and put it into the box). The instructions from UHaul were also not great, it would have been ideal to have a list of things to do before I dropped the truck off as I almost left prior to getting all of the photos.
JENNIFER LVehicle was barely filled with gas to start. I was denied my rental equipment at my original U-Haul location and referred here where I was nearly denied all of my equipment again. Very poor experience overall. Please consider actually keeping up the agreed upon terms of a reservation if you’ll be accepting them at all.
Scott PWould not rent from this location again, very tardy service and the person there did not do a good job explaining what to look for for damages to the vehicle. Vehicle was old but worked.

suresh cYour self return process does not work. I couldn’t upload pictures. It took me 5 tries to upload the dash picture and when trying to take pictures of the truck I had even more difficulties. When one image would finally upload and I tried to upload the next image it would crash. Very frustrating what should have been 2 minutes was 15 and I never completed it. The employee at the site said not to worry about it

Melanie Mthere was almost no gas in tank (less than a quarter tank ) then when I returned van same I got charged for a full tank of gas. Also didn't have the furniture dolly I paid for online .. so had to get refunded
