The person in burnaby heights market was not very helpful. I rented the uhaul van for 2 successive days on tue October 28 and wed October 29. On tue oct 29 when i returned the van on time she asked if I fueled the van and said i forgot and i agreed that she’ll charge me $7.07 extra for fuel. I ended up getting charged $19 extra. The next day wed oct 29, i got to burnaby heights market to pick up the van at 12pm and she wasn’t able to release the keys to me because the system was not allowing her to and she suggested to come back after 1 hour. I waited and called customer service but ended up not getting help so I went to the app and processed it myself successfully and she released the keys to me almost 1pm. She said I can keep the van late as the kilometers are more important than time. I returned the van around 530pm but she called me at 430 pm threatening me that i will get additional charge if i don’t return the can at 5pm. When I arrived and returned the van, a different lady accommodated me and said she couldn’t process it because the system was not allowing her to. So i went again to the app to process it myself successfully. Awful customer service and awful experience.

RODNEY MIt was very easy to book the moving van using my phone. Pick up was easy too and so is drop off. We find the online app is not as accurate as the phone app. I recommend using the phone app. The van was easy to drive and spacious and clean. We were able to pick up 3 beds from Costsco and moved a 65 inch TV. It was a good day. Thanks uHaul.

Ana QHorrible experience with location and customer service. 1 hour wait because the location was closed and there was no way of contacting the person. Customer service just transfered over and over and promised $50 that I have no idea where to get. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
