Jesus bHad to wait 2 hrs for lady to come give keys. Bad wifi, could not sign in had to call corporate for help. Truck was dirty on inside. Blankets that were hanging in truck for rental looked molded. Inside floor appeared to have been cleaned with muddy mop. Hated to put things on floor. Brakes need work, nearly to floor to stop it. Took forever for transmission to change gears. Definitely Will NOT use this vendor again. I have used UHaul many many times and this was the worst experience. Connie Aly
Connie ABe prompt at your pick up time, sometimes the location is not occupied by vendor and they have to met you at the lot. All went well for me at this location.

Darcy SI had trouble connecting with my android phone to use you app. I had 4 bars and still waited a long time before I finally asked my wife to try with her I phone. She finally got through but not before I had wasted 45 minutes of my rental time trying to do the required paperwork.

The employee at Burns Storage was friendly, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. The return process was quick with the dropbox. The reservation process using texts and emails worked well for me.

Wanda GNothing everything went perfect, even with me scheduling my uhaul after 5pm on Friday needing it by 8am on Saturday there no problem. They had the size uhaul I needed and made sure they could work me in to get it even with it leaving out Saturday evening on another move it was no problem. The truck was very nice and clean and already fueled up. No issues on the pickup or on the return everything went great and I will recommend them and use them again on my next move or if anyone is needing to move that's who they need to call. Thank you for making my dreaded move a lil less stressful... Marty Cothran
