JOHN AThis was my first time renting from the Bus Barn, after doing so from two other locations in the Houston area. The location is easy to get in and out of, had the rental I needed, and no line in trying to pick up, so I was in and out in minutes.

WESSLEY WVery helpful and friendly owner operator. The location is a a bit secluded but it has the full capabilities of after hours drop off services via the U-Haul app. I would rent from here again. (Truck was empty with windshield washer fluid.)

JASON SOnly item I had to deal with was inflating the back left trailer tire. It was only at 30 psi and visually a little low so I inflated it to 44 psi.

Jayvion HThe area where the equipment was kept was in a muddy area. There wasn't a sign that showed where the office was. The office was dirty. However, the owner was a nice man and very polite. The other issue, in Humble, TX, there wasn't an open Uhaul on a Saturday. Plus, where you could have dropped off a Uhaul in Humble, TXwas another dirt pit hole. Independent dealers should be held to a standard. This isn't good for customers.

Albert TThis property is dark and the driveway is full of potholes that will be full of water after rain. I would never consider returning here at night. The operator of the property was nice and the trailer was in great condition. I would just choose a bigger uhaul location for my next rental.

ronald nTrailer was still filled with moving blankets. It also had spilled gasoline in it. I had to clean it with degreaser and air it out before I could begin using it. Wasted time that I paid for to clean it.

STEPHEN KWas a smaller location. No clear return area. But I was able to return my trailer after hours. Was easy to find and there was room for me to pull the trailer in and back it up. The location did not feel very safe or secure at night. The parking lot was very dark. I had no interaction with any staff. I cannot comment on their service.

Yadira GThe gentleman working there, possible the owner, is AMAZING, however, I initially turned around and went to a gas station to see if I could find slither location. The grass is very overgrown so it’s hard to see the UHAUL sign. When you turn into the property, the enter drive area is riddled with VERY deep potholes that were full of water so it’s impossible to know the depths and almost impossible to drive around them. The truck I received was raggedy, and that’s putting it VERY NICELY!! Ion starting the truck, it was so loud I could barely hear myself think!! The faster you drive, and it does NOT go over 40 mph, the LOUDER it got. I took a video if you would care to see it. Also, the engine light stayed on. I don’t know why the truck was so loud, I’m thinking a missing catalytic converter, but it should NOT be on the road!!!!
Renae BOwner was very nice and helpful. Had equipment ready but wasn’t a full tank so we had to get gas. That would be the only suggestion - to have the trucks filled up for the longer rentals. Thanks.
