Don't allow customer to reserve trucks that aren't available. Compensate people for the inconvience you cause. I had a reservation at 6:30am for atruck that was not available. I didn't get to pick up my truck until 8:30am. Last time I reserve with you.

Tried to call (BEFORE arriving) per instructions on rental sheet, but there was no answer and no answering machine for Bushey's. After arriving I noticed they were closed. There was a different number on Bushey's building signage and I tried to call and no answer and no answering machine to leave a message. This was odd considering it was 145pm on a Saturday afternoon. Also, NO U-haul return signage etc... I stayed in the parking lot 20 mins thinking someone would return my call, they did not so I left the keys in their automotive key drop box and thankfully there was an envelope and pen inside the box. Bushey's need to have a CELL PHONE that you can leave a message or text upon arriving,

He was friendly, very knowledgeable, thoroughly explained the process and also gave helpful suggestions. Awesome job. We highly recommend this location and would definitely us again.

Rich JArea is small and cramped up rental equipment and other vehicles parked on the premises. After unhooking the rented trailer I had to help a guy push it into spot. There a possibility of no available if the premises is full.

Arrived during the time they were checking it in and they also was very pleasant and professional. Been a long time since I rented a truck, but you can be sure U-Haul is the place for me.

Jeffrey CMy experience with U-haul was HORRIBLE at best!!! Making the reservation was a breeze. However, the pick-up was a nightmare!!! I drove 3hrs to pick-up my RESERVED trailer (arriving on time) only to be told they gave my trailer to someone else and had nothing else for me. I had to call customer service back to be told I would have to drive an additional 40 minutes FURTHER OUT OF MY WAY to pick-up another trailer to then be told at that location I would have to go down the road to an Auto Zone and PURCHASE parts for the trailer to properly work!!! So, I again called the local customer service and spoke to a RUDE and DISMISSIVE woman who informed me that I would have had to purchase parts at any location of pick-up. However, when I made the reservation I specifically asked about the hook-up and was assured that EVERYTHING I needed was included and would be available for me! I told the woman that and that this entire situation was unacceptable. Her exceptionally horrible manners and customer service representative answer to me was "it is what is is...I don't know what to tell ya!" After a few more minutes of me explaining to her that "I" the customer should NEVER have to go to an auto parts store and PURCHASE parts to make your equipment safe to use!!!!! At which point she informed me that she would have to call corporate and get back to me in a few HOURS! I told her that my pick-up location would be closed in a few hours... and to my astonishment she replied "well I suggest you do what you need to do to handle your business...I'll get back to you in a few hours". 😳 and BTW...she NEVER CALLED BACK!!! In the end my supposedly easy $129. one way rental ended up costing me $160. and an additional 5 hours to just be able to pick-up the trailer!!!! This entire situation and respon from U-haul customer service should NEVER have happened!!! "I" the customer should NEVER have to go to an auto parts to purchase parts to make your equipment function safely!!!! Let alone have to go to multiple locations to pick up my reserved equipment!!! So, as to what you can do to improve your services...a great start would be to actually provide customer support!!!! To anyone looking to use U-haul...good luck and don't expect any customer service!!!

Anthony BRecommend improvement to reservation system. Computer system did not acknowledge discounted reservation, and I had to call to get correct price honored as the store could not correct the price on the spot.
GEORGE SBushey's is an auto repair company: UHaul is a sideline for them and is not maintained to the quality of a location dedicated to rental moving. That said, the truck was ready when I arrived and ran well enough.
