The person responsible for renting U-Haul equipment was not there when I arrived and would be back in one hour.. I came back an hour later and was able to finally rent the truck.. this caused a significant delay in getting our move completed in a timely manner.

Russ was right on the job. He took the auto transport first, the next day the truck. Was very helpful.
LORETTA CActually made the process so easy. The trailer had a ramp and not sure how it would've worked had it not had a ramp. I transported my snow blower. Hopefully when it gets repaired the 5' x 8' cargo trailer with ramp will be there still to take it back home.
ERIC HOdometer on U-Haul is off got charged a late fee even though U-Haul was returned on time employee had keys in his hand at 6:01 PM
ELLEN BI appreciated this location. Russ, the manager, helped us out as the location in Helena messaged us a couple days before our reservation date that they didn’t have the 20’ truck available. So I called Butte and Russ and another gentleman (Gary?) took great care of us and ensured there was a 20’ truck available as reserved. Excellent customer service and friendly!
KATHRYN CThis location was not our first choice, but is was where the requested equipment was available.
ERIC LMy pickup location was originally Bozeman, MT. It got moved to Butte, MT. Thats 70 miles one way for the pick up. There was slight compensation for the inconvenience. It wasnt the end of the world but I was not very happy about it. Luckily they were nice, everyone was helpful and friendly. Made a hard experience better.
TREN HVery helpful. Helped get my motorbike up their personal ramp into the box truck.
SHANE RWalked in said what I wanted, built contract, paid, employee walked out, helped get hooked up, went over the condition of the trailer When I returned employee walked out and inspected condition of trailer, helped unhook Not certain how the experience could there any better
JASON SPick up was simple and the staff was helpful. Highly recommend.

KEVIN MTotally different experience. U-Haul location was in a true value hardware store. Not so high tech but still great service and friendly people
NICHOLETTE BWe went into the true value to pick up some hardware and got to get the van 2 hrs early. They got to pack up that night and left early (5am) The next day and arrived home to unload and return the truck. Gave them a day off before returning to work. They loved it..
nicholette bTruck was clean and ran well. Staff was very nice. Would recommend them to friends.
LESLIE MExcellent experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Did a great job going over the rental and making sure everything was ready to go. I can tell he takes pride in his work and glad to see people work like this.
JASON MRuss could not have been any nicer. Great experience!
DENISE KVery good service.
SHANE HGetting a phone call the day before my move that the closest location that had the size of trailer that I had reserved well in advance, moved from around the corner of my work and home, to a minimum of an hour away. This added additional stress to an already stressful situation.
SHAYLYN RThe hitch area and safety chains , etc. were very grimy and couldn’t be handled without getting my hands very dirty and one of the tires had very little tread left on it. Otherwise customer service was very good at that location.
Timothy BWish they had a car dolly.
Larry WI scheduled my rental for Bozeman several weeks prior to my rental date, but ultimately had to pick up the trailer in Butte. I was told this is because of the number of students moving out at MSU, which was exactly the reason I reserved early. The other unfortunate discovery was that one of the roof patches on the trailer had a broken rivet that had daylight shining through. Fortunately I spotted this while loading and applied duct tape, which was needed due to heavy rain on my trip to Spokane. While I'm glad that I was able to rent a trailer these two issues made the experience less that ideal.
