While the representatives who helped me were kind and helpful the overall process was time consuming. I would recommend just picking up keys vs doing mobile self service. I didn’t realize it took 30 min to authorize me. My help was mad. Again, the representatives were kind and helpful but the process was not smooth.

Michael HIt is a nice enough storage facility. It was just time to go through and either use stuff or give away. When the monthly rate went up that was our encouragement to get it done. Would recommend if you need a storage unit.

CHRIS BOverall the employees were fantastic. It’s the owner Jeff that’s the problem. This guy is a complete asshole. I went back in to switch out the appliance dolly and he gave me attitude right from the start. I literally was about to beat his old, withered ass. I rented a storage unit there - so it just made sense to rent my uhaul truck from there too. But I’ll never use either service because of this pompous asshole again. I can’t even begin to say how much it took for me not to beat his ass - especially when he stepped up to me and got in my face - puffing his chest out about how he owned the place and he’ll throw me out. I told him to go right ahead - because in 20 minutes I’d be loaded and leaving anyhow. Avoid this location for storage or uhaul rental at all costs. Jeff, if you read this - you’re lucky you didn’t end up flat on your back with a busted nose you dick

Emily G | Overall ExperienceWe went after hours (5 pm on a Friday) expecting to do a self check out drop off. When we got there we had a hard time finding a spot to park. Eventually a guy saw my boyfriend and came up to speak with him. He was extremely rude. When we parked he took the keys out before I could even get a picture of the gas meter. When I asked him if we could have the keys back he rolled his eyes, walked back and said “I was getting ready to leave.” I told him that we planned to do the self checkout and he didn’t need to stay. But he just continued to say that he’s trying to leave. After I got the picture of the inside, he took the keys and rushed us out. We couldn’t even get pictures of the outside of the uhaul to finish up the self checkout portion. It was a horrible experience.

Austin BTerrible customer service. I couldn’t get a hold of someone who works at the physical location. I had server issues with the mobile drop off and it didn’t go through which showed my tank level. I dropped it off after refueling. They marked the tank level down wrong and charged me $50 worth of refueling fees. They were rude while I talked to them about fixing it.
WIKTORIA Mwhen I went online and filled out the necessary paperwork I was informed that the 10' truck had a pull-out to load and unload furniture with and it didn't. I was also told that I had unlimited miles which wasn't true I was charged for additional miles used when I told the person how far I was traveling.

We would of been ok with where the truck was parked but the ice and snow should of been cleaned off for us. It was freezing outside!!! The truck other wise was in really good shape and clean. Jessica Cthe fact you have to upload your photo ID is the problem. This location has NO cell phone reception. I had to take the photo of my ID then go outside and stand on a big rock with my phone in the air and wait several minutes for it upload. Then take a second picture and do it again. All they need is a guest WiFi access and the problem would be resolved. They also have the issue of receiving phone calls since they use a cell phone for the business. I tried calling in 2 times and was unable to get anyone since it would ring 1 time and go silent.

Debi G | ReservationThis was not the location I wanted for pick up. It was a half hour and 20 miles away, which added to my milage overage. The windshield was covered with bugs and the dolly that I ordered was not on the truck. The office was closed so I had to drive to another location to pick one up. This was the worst experience I've ever had renting a truck.

Takes way too long. This was only part of the problem. No text the day before. UHaul changed my location 3 times. Horrible. I was over 2 hours later than planned. May never use U Haul again.

Karri Wrented a 5 x 9 ramp trailer here in may 2018, 1day. charged $42 upfront, was a $25 rental.?.? no explanation, said square up on return. returned sunday, closed. checked with debit card, additional charge from uhaul, total for 2days, $53ish. went back on tues to inquire, told adjusted back for 1day rental. my card statement never reflected this to date. 9-4-18 dave mitchell thought personnel was helpful initially.

scott SI have rented from this location multiple times, it is so close to where I live that I keep trying it, but am disappointed every single time. It seems that each employee there has a problem with not being able to with hold he use of constant and consistent vulgarity. It is supposed to be a place of business and yet every other word spoken by the staff is a curse. I will not try this location again and will simply have to drive out of town from here forward, which is a shame.
Whitney OI was told the location opened at 7AM. When I arrived there was not one there and they open at 9. Everything worked out wen I called they were very helpful.
