The place looked abandoned and there was nobody there at all. Had to call customer service at Uhaul just to drop off.

Did not like unattended check out of the equipment. Was done by phone. I realize everybody needs day off but would rather have in person business transaction.

Door said opens at 9am , by 9:30 I called. I think I woke her up. She said she prob couldn’t make it in , just hook up to my truck and send me a pic of it on my truck. Loaded my jeep , equipment failure , strap wenches in front were rusty and wouldn’t hold tension so I couldn’t strap Jeep down , used my own straps to secure it. Very unsafe for a 300 mi. trip.

I was charged for things I didn’t receive I was also. Delayed all together 3 and half hours that cost me more money with my baby sitter picking and dropping off the vehicle was overwhelming and I’ve spoken with 12 different agents with just this rental and they still didn’t refund me the full amount for the dolly’s I was charged for and I even spoke with a supervisor to get the refund and she still didn’t refund the full amount stated over the phone

There was not a drop box to return our keys. Luckily a dealer came by and helped us. Store manager wouldn’t answer the phone🤷‍♀️
