Called the store, they told me the system was down and I couldn’t get my truck until 3pm, I was supposed to pick up at 10 am. Told me to do it on line. I did, system worked, tried to get the keys, told me he couldn’t, they aren’t uhaul, that the keys should be in a lock box and he had nothing to do with it. Was extremely rude. I called Uhaul direct, told them all I wanted was my keys, she called buttermilk, while I was on hold, came back on the line and told me to walk in The store, the keys were hand carried. I walked in the store, there was a different guy on the phone holding my key, I said those are for me, he looked at me, got mad, handed me the keys, very rudely said have a nice day and turned around and walked away. This store should not be representing Uhaul.

Clerk was nice but had no knowledge about checking in a truck.
MICHAEL BDrop off location in buttermilk acres was easy and employees were accommodating when turning in after hours on a Sunday. This is a great drop off location as it is located inside of a gas station so when turning in your box truck, one is able to fill up to the recommended level per your contract before completing the return.
Paul LCharged me for 6 gallons of gas. I drove only 20 miles and put in 2 gallons myself. Definitely scamed me

LAURA MIt’s not the guys fault it wasn’t cleaned when we picked it up. It was very messy with broken glass and hay and such. The previous renters of it didn’t clean it out when they left it. However, the guy at this location did sanitize and wipe everything down, he swept it out, he mopped it for us and did a great job cleaning it out.

Thomas LDropped off on a Sunday. the man at the location had no idea what to do so I put my keys in the drop box. The app would not recognize my location ( yes i allowed my phone to share my location). I tried the 800 # twice but hung up after being on hold for more than 30 min both times. So I called the drop off location Monday morning and again no one knew what to do. I received a call on Tuesday saying that I had not turned in my truck. it was all resolved but it is frustrating. The people at the locations need to know what to do and the 800 # needs shorter wait times.

RICHARD PMy order was completely messed up. The representative was late, the equipment wasn't what I had requested or ordered and my trailer wasn't there and it took several hours to arrive. I will never rent with these guys again.

DAVID WIt is difficult for store clerks who are busy with customers of their store and gas station to stop and spend time to provide top notch service for some one who wants a u-haul truck - when so many are in line for other purchases. clerk did fine under circumstances.

Brad RThe lady ripped me off. I went 15 miles, then put 2 gallons of gas in the truck. When I got my online receipt she had charged me a 30 dollar fuel charge and put 10 gallons of gas into the truck and charged me 60 bucks. Dont do business with this lady. I have filed a complaint against her.
Michael CThey let a trailer out that had a wire shortage in the tail lights. The girl was trying but had problems with the computer and printing out my receipts. The guy who helped hook up, was great.!!! He was very helpful.
