Marci was amazing and worked with me during the ice storm so I didn’t have to drive the U-Haul in unsafe conditions. She was compassionate and understanding during probably one of the worst weeks of my life.

Marci was phenomenal. I called the day before just to confirm everything. She was so nice and so helpful. The truck was parked out front, ready to go, when I arrived. And she was just so pleasant to work with. As I was getting ready to leave, she ran back outside to give me a quick little tip about turning off the tow function so the truck drove better. She explained everything very well. If I ever need to rent a Uhaul again, this is where I'll go. Thank you Marci.

UHaul shouldn't change the drop off location on their customers, especially on one-way moves where every mile counts.

I did not appreciate your cancelling my reservation the day before and suggesting I drive 100 miles round trip to pick up a replacement.
