Uhaul actually charged me twice and over charged me putting my account in the negitive because it was said I had the truck for five days and not five hours issue still haven't been resolved going on four days now

dawn wBeing Over charged for usage, and falsify information, regarding of amount miles stated, on my receipt vs the the amount of miles that was actually used. There no gas in the vehicle when picked up, and again gas charges were applied. When I went to given credit card information, I was not given a physical receipt nor a electronic.. Not great customer service given nor was I asked, do I have any questions or concerns.
Winifred RYou promised a $19.99 a day cargo van and I ended up been charged, over $200 dollars for a 2 hours, 27 miles cargo van. Shame on you!
