We reserved a unit to be picked up in Cleveland Mississippi. Went to the location there was no open business there. Here we are stuck trying to move our daughter home from college with no trailer. Had to find another one. Which cost us more. And U-Haul ended up charging us another $56 dollars for unknown reasons.

Great drop off location. Super friendly and helpful staff. They even parked the trailer for me, which was helpful because they were pretty busy at the time and it was raining. This location is a garage so not just U-haul place, we called ahead and I think that helped a little. Worthy of 6 stars in Cleveland, MS
