DAVID BOnly person present was clerk and did nothing except glance at rental contract and said I could keep it. I asked where to drop the trailer and she pointed outside of their facility gate and said I could drop it there. When asked if there was someone to help she said no it was up to me, it was a difficult task as I have to walk with a cane, but mission accomplished. Rental was dropped at approximately 1500 Friday 25 October 2024 at Byrds Mini Storage

Kim FHorrible experience. Will never use UHAUL again… rude customer service and we didn’t get what we reserved and we were severely overcharged. We paid to get dollies and blankets but never received them and were still charged for them!! Had to go to two different locations to pick up because the first one didn’t even have our truck!! What a joke of a company..

Leah KNo furniture mover or moving pads were provided. The truck was given to us with less than a quarter of a tank of gas in it. We couldn't even make it to our destination without filing up the tank. Did the 24 hour check in and had a difficult time with it. When an employee pulled in to the parking lot, we asked what time the office opened and his response was "whenever we feel like it". Terrible customer service.

Dennis MThis was not my requested location and we had to call and negotiate and scramble to keep things on track for the following morning with the movers. I notice you do not ask these kinds of questions on your survey. Also the truck had an engine light On when we picked it up. Not cool. Last few times have been like this so I think we will be looking for an alternative to U-Haul for future.
