I originally had a reservation to pick up at 7:30 AM for a 10’ truck. Upon arrival, I used the app to try to check in, the “pick up truck” option wasn’t available because no key had been left on the key lock box. After calling U-Haul customer service (which were totally 5 star) we changed the reservation to a 15’ truck because a key was logged to be in a lock box. After checking in for the new reservation and getting the code, there was no key in the box. The owner finally called back at 9:45 AM and had to bring the key. He brought the key for the 10’ truck so when I went to turn the truck in the miles logged were for the 15’ truck that was on the new reservation. Not to mention the owner was completely unapologetic. But the U-Haul team was top notch help in my frantic time crunch moment!

HARRIET PHusband drop off truck the guy took keys, my husband ask for a receipt he is old school. The guy said you don't get one, husband wasn't happy with that so he called customer service they stated that the guy said he didn't know my husband turn the truck in, but the person on the phone took care of it. Very unprofessional
