The service was professional and helpful! They even helped find an appliance dolly at another U-HAUL location and arranged pickup for me.
JIM MFort smith had a problem with our reservation (someone didn’t return the truck on time). What a nightmare, as we had movers scheduled and a LOT to do. The scheduling office helped us tremendously to find another truck quickly (at Kinta). We had to drive an hour for the truck but UHaul coordinated drop off at Fort Smith and gave us the miles for free. Everyone at Kinta was helpful. Big shout out to the scheduling office lady for getting us a fast replacement. She saved the day.
Dianna LLock was stuck. Spent 45 minutes trying to get the fucking key. Then they switched trucks 2 times the day of pickup.
Mary SThe cinch/ratchet mechanisms for the tire tie down straps were very hard to operate. They could use some attention. Perhaps some W-D40 or similar spray lubricant applied to the moving parts for ease of use. My wife and I both had to work on them together to get them to loosen up when we were off loading the vehicle from the tow dolly, and still had a very difficult time. Other than that, everything went well. The staff at the location were friendly. They had some issues with the computer while they were trying to issue me the device when I went to pick it up and they had to make a couple of phone calls to the U-Haul main office for assistance. It was no fault of their own though. Just a glitch in the system. It made the wait longer then I would have liked..
Don CI rented a 6' x 12' cargo trailer and the location did not hook it to my car correctly. While transporting the trailer home I hit a bump and the trailer jumped the ball and threw me around a bit until I could get to a safe place to pull over and correctly set the coupler to the hitch. Customer service was very good about this and stated that I would be "well taken care of" after returning the equipment. I'm not sure if that is going to be a discount or rate removal as I have not yet heard anything from the company after returning the equipment.

Lori ROur return time was 8:00 A. M. The doors were opened at about 5 after. We were allowed only the mileage to our destination and when it was time to return the truck we found that we were just about 23 miles over the mileage allowed and had to pay extra mileage to return the truck! That was really annoying!

Debbie PI felt the brakes were soft and in driving I found that the steering wheel had several degrees of play in it. I reported it to the agent where I dropped the truck off and she said she would follow up.

Robert CI had 100 deposit coming back. I needed it to out gas back n. They would not let me so they could charge for gas and a 30 charge for putting in. It was such a rip off. Also I was not allowed enough miles fro.. where I rented to where inwent..I went... another 55.00 charge!!
Debbie EPicked up trailer @ 9am Monday, Tuesday morning it was pouring so I waited to take trailer back so noone got wet. Was charged for 2 days instead of one because of minutes over due toy thoughtfulness. Parking area was a mud pit, almost got stuck. Will not use again, just not right,!!!!!!!!

Tommy Cthey over charge me to rent the Equipment i had to pay 83.00 and a deposit of 75.00 and tax's came to 167 Dollar's when the Equipment rented for 44.99 aday so i got scamed by that com.
JOE AWeb and iOS app and other way to turn in units after hours. I barely had internet access at location of return. I also was not able to complete the process due to not being recognized by system.

DEBRA BThe place I reserved the truck stopped renting uhaul a even though you actively have them listed on your website, I place it a week ahead and no one reached out or confirmed anything, then the previous tuskahoma uhaul owner told me to go 20 miles up the road to Wilburton, once we got their they informed us they no longer rented uhaul either. Mind you both businesses had uhauls on the property. Then I finally got on the phone with a customer representative and they had me go another 30 minutes to Kinta. I lost the call along the way and never received a call back even though I gave my number and asked to be called back because it was such a stressful ordeal. We finally got there and the had a truck twice the size of what I requested. It was filthy and had trash still in the cab, the truck also heavily slips the transmission when in reverse. It’s not safe to drive in the state it is in. This added 3 hours on to my day after having just had to attend a funeral of my fiancé’s father. She had to wait in the heat surrounded by his possessions while we searched for a uhaul. I don’t want to be charged extra for the filthy state the truck is already, such as spilt soda in the cab, and empty cigarette packs in the floorboard also. I have used uhaul many times and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I would love some feedback from a representative.
