Irresponsible for the owner of this location to operate in this manner. There was one lady at the store who was working the register, phone, limited grille, and the uhaul operations. She also seemed to have limited knowledge of how some of the things operated. She was extremely sweet and kind. I cannot speak badly of her because she was doing all she could to help us out. I was requested to change my reservation to this location and I regret doing that because I could have done the entire process at the other location via my phone, but this location did not have service. Thankfully the lady at the store gave us the wifi password. They should have never had one person handling all this, especially when they knew we had a reservation. We arrived 5 minutes early, but due to the store having customers and the owner only having one worker there, it put us about an hour behind.
