These guys were awesome. Open 7 days a week and available to speak with, unlike the Carbonear location where no one is available and it is closed most of the time. Highly recommend Bay Roberts location!!

In regard to claim it wasn’t a problem. The problem was with the trailer that we rented. It was all over the road you could’ve had a job to keep it on the road and I needs new tires or alignment or something other than that. I found very helpful. It was nice and clean and fit my stuff in no problem and I had no issues Would certainly rent from U-Haul again. I realize that Equipment could have a problem at any particular time no matter what you’re renting, but that particular need to be serviced.
