Our reservation was overbooked and we weren’t notified until the day before pickup. I spent two hours on the phone trying to get it worked out. Finally uhaul of New Mexico worked it out for us for a bigger truck at the same price as The original reservation. We paid for the truck at pick up and then the following Monday the uhaul location tried taking over $1300 out of my bank account. One transaction for $268 and another for over $1100. My bank denied both transactions as we did not owe that. Uhaul of New Mexico adjusted our reservation price and comped us miles one way due to our reservation being overbooked. I would strongly recommend getting your information printed out and given to you. I know emailing is easier but paper is always strong proof and can’t be adjusted afterwards. I do not owe uhaul any money nor will I pay it. Please look into your negotiations more before trying to charge customers for things they do not owe.

Absolutely can't think of anything to improve. Samantha was extremely personable, helpful and efficient. We have rented from Uhaul over 30 times through the years. Samantha @ CDL is one of your absolute best Uhaul dealers!

This was the correct location in Clayton New Mexico, and she was awesome and she said no that guy did not tell you right and I said yeah he was being crooked trying to take advantage of me and take money from me and it wasn’t even the right location to drop it off at so I wasn’t impressed with the Wrong full location person
