I did not have the best experience. After picking up the truck I spent almost 4 hours looking for an appliance dolly because one was not in the truck. I need the $10 charge for that removed because I was not supplied the equipment. I also had to extend my time with the truck because most of my time was spent on the phone with your representatives trying to find a dolly near me. I would like to discuss some form of compensation back for all of the issues. This is my first time having any of these issues with you guys.
