The truck leaked. Contents were soaked

William CTerrible service, will never go back again. Bad businessman. Told me he is not going to be nice to me, after I asked if he got the moving blankets for me. Had a 7:30 paid reservation, got there at 8.00am, asked why he didn't load the blankets ,he responded he did not know when I was coming in. Made me wait, took his time, even though I was running late. This guys behavior gives Uhaul a bad name. Also overcharged me by 74.90.

EDWIN SWhen I dropped off the truck I was not given any paperwork to acknowledge receipt. Also they didn't check it in. I called twice because my online status had not been updated. I had to call the 877 number the next day to get it resolved and make sure I wasn't charged an additional day. Very poor customer service
CYNTHIA MI will never use uhaul again. Pick up was confusing. And Apparently you guys changed our reservation on our contract without expressly saying so then we were hit with an additional fee for being late because we didn't see the drop off date had changed. $130! Very disappointed,feeling scammed. Never u-haul ever again

Kevin RI guess there is always room for improvement but I was really impressed how U-Haul has streamlined the rental process. I have rented U-Haul vehicles over the years and to be able to do almost everything online really blew me away.

kapulka scharged me 30.00 for gas saying instead of 3/8, it was at 1/4. it wasn't, we just put another 20.00 in the tank before returning the truck. total rip off

JENNIFERM WWhen I picked up the truck the owner did not even go outside with me to check over the truck. When I left with the truck the drivers floor was muddy and the inside windows were so flitty from someone smoking that I had to clean the windows myself so I could see. Also the truck smelt heavy from smoke. I was driving cross country with this truck and was very displeased they why it handled. It was very very rough ride and the truck was out of alinement and hard to steer at time. I have rent from uhaul before without any problems. But this was a long trip and I was very unhappy with my experience.. I feel that if a truck is going on a long trip it should be thoroughly checked out prior to renting it out. You advertise a smooth comfortable ride on the side of the truck and this one defiantly was not a smooth ride.

ROSE JFirst it is the obligation of the renter to make sure the truck is full of gas after the last person used it and I don't care what kind of hills or banks it sits on it is the renters obligation to make sure it is what he says on the contract paper.....FULL! Mine was only 7/8's full. Uhaul Area Manager spoke with me reguarding this issue and I will receive reimbursement for the gas. Payment to be in the future? I realize it was partially my responsibility to check the gas, but uhaul is losing money if Uhaul renters don't check and verify the gas level!! The renter also copied both the front and the back of both my drivers license and my credit card. I questioned him wanting to make a photostatic copy of my credit card as it was already processed thru an internet reservation number. He act as if I didn't let him do that that I would possibly not get the rental. He even wanted the three numbers on the back of the card which I keep covered with black tape.I was in New York and wanted to get back to my location to pack up so I could get back to West Virginia. Was this going to get sold to internet thieves or used by someone. This also was addressed by the Area Field Manager with the renter. I canceled the card, because it took several days for the Area Field Manager to get back to me. Overall it has been the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul service. The equipment was fine the service was poor. I must admit I had difficulty at times understanding the renter.

Carol BDon’t send them 45 minutes out of their way at the last minute for their trucks. On top of using the miles their paying for to get their own stuff done, have to add on the miles to pick up and drop the truck back off. Ridiculous. Will not be using u haul again.
Callie NThe reservation was there waiting for me to pick up the truck when I arrived at 8:00 am. Quick and simple paperwork and I was on my way 10 minutes later. Very good experience at CJs Deli.
Joseph JCould not talk to anyone from there about uhaul when I returned it I was told that I would get an email about how much it was they took a photo copy of my credit card and I am very uncomfortable with that being in there files why do they need to keep a copy of the front and back of my card because what’s to stop the people working there from using my card
kenny sI was given this location by the dealer where I picked up the equipment. It was convenient to my location. However when I arrived, u haul.com directed me to another location. After driving around for ten miles and thirty minutes, I could not find the location. It was one AM. I then called customer service, where a nice lady named Vicky reset the app on my phone so that I could return the vehicle at the original location. All of this cost me one hour of my time and ten miles of driving that I should not be billed for. This was the only problem I had with my rental. I am not a fan of your online return system.

AZIZ SDoor in back had broken spring, lady at CJs Deli didnt know how to do forms, had to wait til owner came in at 12:30pm. Rental was for 11am.

Jason MUhaul changed the location of pickup to west town which is 16 miles away from my original pickup. I wasn't happy about that but the experience at the Westtown location was good.
