The location was fine, and the man who helped us went above and beyond to help us get checked in. He was absolutely wonderful. The uhaul app gave us the absolute hardest time to not only check in, but to take pictures to verify the gas and milage. The app wouldn't accept any of the pictures, it kept glitching. It really set us back a good 30 minutes trying to get all checked in and our truck was also 30 minutes late for our reservation. It was the worst experience honestly.
