AMY NI don't have any suggestions or future recommendations to make at this time. I do, however, want to say how I appreciate the convenience of being able to pick up my van outside of normal business hours because I have a paying job that operates on unconventional schedule, in addition to being a new business owner. The ease of self pick-up and return using my mobile phone allows me to process my reservation on my time and without interruption or other business transactions being handled at the same time. This was my second time picking up and dropping off at this location (CWWO - Bastion Lane) and I have to say that although I was able to secure the reservation independently, I was pleasantly surprised and grateful when a gentleman with the location came out to make sure I was ok....I couldn't find the darn parking brake...LOL. I will return to this location again for future reservations on a monthly basis to assist with meal delivery for the homeless and hungry individuals in my community. Thresa AThe person was not there. The door was unlocked, but no one was present running the business. I waited for 30min and finally used the drop box instead.
STEPHEN CSo, this location (Bastion) and service was great! Also, the person I spoke with on the phone was understanding, patient, and very helpful. However, I was unsatisfied with the 3001 capital location as they were not set up for my mobile pickup that i set up weeks ago and I had to call for help and go to a different location.

RAMIRO RWe had to wait for over 45 minutes to get our vehicle, as no one was at the location prior to that. The mobile checkout process is terrible, requires you to download an app, and the app is not user friendly

Aron GLocation was hard to find and secluded. We dropped off at 11:00 pm. Area was not well lit. We used drop box so we did not come in contact with staff.
Linda SThe pick up place wasn't the issue. Someone when into the system and changed our agreement. It was a very stressful and situation after we drove 700 miles.

mimose RMy drop off location was changed in the middle of me dropping it off to the location on my contract , causing me gas and inconvenience. I called uhaul and was transferred 4 times which no one had a clue or could answer why , however the last one advised me to go to the new location so I wouldn’t get charged an extra fee. Why would I be charged a feee for something not in my control and how could my location randomly be changed without consent ?
