Had my unit for 11 years great management. Only problem I ever had was a tension rod that stuck out 8 inches into driveway on bottom of gate destroyed a brand new 200.00 tire making corner out gate manager at time refused to do anything about it this was back in 2020.

I have been to many storages as I travel a lot. But I don't think I have ever been to a facility with such kind and patient staff, this includes even the manager. They helped me with my situations and made things very easy for me. The facility was always clean, cool and well lighted. I would highly recommend Cactus Storage to anyone needing a storage facility. They are the best..

We rented a space for at lease 4-5 years. In that time our TT was broken in to several times with NO communication for staff about the break in we went by chance to check on the TT and found the door open our TV and a few other things missing. Someone had urinated on our floor. When we confronted the staff at the time thye did not know what to say but we think we know who broke in. The Police were Never called. Our TT was broken into again we had to replace the locks a few times still nothing from management. They moved our trailor to another place with camers also lowered the space rent to the original cost. We went to get our TT a few times and ccars and broken down vehicles wer parked in the way so we could NOT get our TT out and had to wait about 4-5 hrs. Then management was changed our /rent went up we now had a NEW TT on this one our propain tanks wer stolen we did notify management and they said nothing i think the last straw was when our NEW 2025 TT was vandelized this time the NEW management did call Police and notify us It cost us over 1000. 00 dollars to get the TT fixed. I think the thing that makes me so angry is that we were told our rent would remain the same and that was not true our space rent went up over 20.00 a month and the cost to use for fixing our NEW 2025 TT . Stay away they LIE and dont care what happens to your things . On a side note the TT next to us was also vandelized at the same time. Broken windows thing all over. Management lives on site the place is not very big there is no way they can say they did not hear anything. Please if you value your stuff STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Get everything in writing otherwise it will change. Our lease was terminated at the worst possible time and couldn’t even get any consideration for my wife’s recent cancer diagnosis. Plus, we were being charged at a significantly higher rate than everyone else while treated as undesirable business.

Monthly rent has nearly doubled in just 2 years. Security could be better. We had a soda venting machine inside the gate that was stolen by some other renter. Thief was never caught.

This is a good storage place but if you get one outside I suggest to put something to cover the bottom because when they leaf blow alot of dirt gets blown into the storage.

MY RV WAS STOLEN. This place is really bad. I was a tenant since 2018-2019 till today 7/22/2024. I loved this place before but not anymore I DO NOT recommend it to anyone. This place is full of homeless people walking around and living in RVs. Our RV was stolen on Memorial Day weekend by " unknown " RV was stolen early morning. People who stole it punched in a code got in with a u-haul truck and stole the RV. When video images where reviewed with the police, it shows that the 2 cameras placed directly on top of our RV we're not working and the "IT" was not able to find out what code it was used. SHADY. I asked the managers to send me my current contract they sent me a contract they completed without my signature because they MISS FILED MY ORIGINAL CONTRACT. Till today they still didn't fix the cameras and IT couldn't figure out what code it was used to get into the storage and stole the RV and my original contract is not found. This place is shady and full of homeless people getting in and out walking and on their bikes. This place is NOT SECURE AT ALL. This place is NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. I moved my boat out of this place because I feel unsafe

I had to find a last minute storage unit as the one I had arranged online was unsuitable. The manager of the unit stayed open late so I could drive there and secure a unit. She is wonderful!

The on-site people were amazing anytime I needed help with anything they were there, very helpful very polite if I ever move back to Arizona I'll definitely store my things with them, I highly recommend cactus storage

Staff always friendly & helpful. Had the unit for almost 5 years. Facilities are well maintained. The one thing that surprised me was that after such a long time renting, when the unit was emptied you would expect some kind of insect activity, at least spider webs etc. Didn't see a single sign of any. Indicates the facilities are taken care of. Thanks Greg & Kami!

No I actually would not recommend this facility to anyone one the staff is on drugs your promised 24 hour access and then they take it away you're paying for climate control when in fact there's only been 1 single day of actual climate control in your building when the swamp cooler worked upon move out due to the fact that my partner had made a comment I wouldn't rent here they take everything way after they'd promised it to you They pretty much pushed us out look she the lady in the o ffice sent her personal friends to our unit had them rush us off property to the point he even tied our stuff to our car however said stuff flew off roof into traffic with my grandson in the car...she gives peopkes deal behind her boss's and doesn't charge what she suppose to ibwouldnt be suprised if sges keeping half the cash

I’ve used the space for a month, on the day of the move I was promised that air conditioner would be fixed in the unit’s area. 4 weeks later it wasn’t, there was also a leak from the roof directly into the unit, which caused some minor damage to my belongings. I was offered a bucket to catch the dripping water. Every few days I had to go in and empty the bucket . Very disappointed. Would not recommend this facility.

Cactus Self Storage is an excellent choice for storage needs. It is clean/well maintained and the staff is friendly and responsive. Their communication with the customers is very good. Billing is clear and accurate. I would definitely return if I need a storage space again in the future.
