The people at this location were horribly rude, unhelpful,and bratty. When I went to return the truck, there parking lot was completely full and they were unwilling to move any vehicles to provide an opening for me to park. I had to get U-Haul customer service involved and the people at this drop off location were just as rude and horrible to customer service as they were to me! After this experience U-Haul should NOT partner with this location! The 3 U-Haul customer service workers were all very helpful and tried their best to resolve the situation.
