The U-Haul rental from the Cadet Restaurant went extremely well. They were able to get me on my way quickly and they were professional in their service. I plan to use them again.
David EEven though it was cleaned out when dropped off. I was charged for a cleaning fee. Nobody was there for the drop, and when I found someone, they were rude and very unprofessional.

DONALD HThere was no pre-rental inspection. I was not given all the equipment I asked for yet was charged for it. The people who helped us didn't seem to be on top of things when it came to their Uhaul rentals.
Kraig EI got charged 80$ to start off and I only needed it for 24hours. I told them and they fixed it thankfully but the refund was only 32$, so does that mean the u-hauls are 50$ a day instead of 20$ like they advised?

David KTrailer was dirty. Had a saw blade, leaves, and mud in it. They Cadet Restaurant added two additional insurance products to my online reservation. They insisted in checking me in/out at the register even when I wanted to use the app. I discovered why. Keep any eye on your bill if using this location. Make sure to document damaged and dirty equipment. Overall, choose a different uhaul dealer if you can.
CHRISTOPHER GThe windows were left open in the pouring rain. The entire cab was soaked. The staff did not help me clean it up and they were rude about it.. The latch on the door in the back was open. Lucky I checked before I drove away. There was less then a half tank of fuel in the truck when I picked it up. I filled up the truck back to the same amount of fuel it had in it but they still charged me $10 more for file for some reason. Also the amount of emails you guys send is ridiculous. The pick up process seamed very complicated. The lady at the restaurant had to do it for me.
