ROBERT KNot a lot of help and confused when I went to pick up. Also, for some reason, he changed my drop off location to a spot that was 30 miles away when there was a drop off location in the same town less than 3 miles away. Caused confusion at the drop off. I was sent to Cadwells when the first location did not have the size trailer I needed. Also, he was not very good with hooking up the trailer to explain the drop and lock system.

RICHARD HI did an after-hours drop off. There was a terrible snowstorm, yet the lot was well-plowed. Vehicles were organized so it was obvious where I should park. I called the next morning, and the attendant confirmed everything over the phone and e-mailed my receipt.

MATTHEW HVery disappointed that U-Haul changed my pick up location at the last minute. I was the unable to find another pick up location close to me. This locates 30 min out of my way each way. Caldwell was great. I would go back despite the drive.

BRADLEY MStaff was very helpful with decision on the type of trailer and with adjusting schedule as my scheduled changed frequently. Staff was friendly and courteous and took time with directing and assisting with the attaching of the trailer to the truck.
JEROME BMy only complaint is that I was charged an extra day's worth of rental since we turned them in at 7pm yesterday. I was left with the impression that as long as it was there before Monday morning that I would only be charged for the two days. This added up since I rented two trailers. It will make me think twice before renting a U-haul again.

FREDERICK GI picked the truck up on a Saturday which their hours of operations was 8-11. I was there 20 minutes early they checked me in and I was out the door well before 8. Excellent customer service.

TRAVIS NI was not available to pick up the trailer I rented but had pre-arranged for someone else to pick it up and the staff at Cadwells Corner handled the change extremely well. I only realized that the pickup had been made when I got the completed rental agreement email

RYAN HSteering wheel was crooked to the right while driving straight. Didn’t have a pull, could use a front end alignment. Equipment was in great shape and employees were great.
JON FNot necessarily related to this location, but I had made a reservation at another location and it was changed to this location. Seeing that I was renting per mile, and I was moved to a location further away, U-Haul should reimburse or credit at least the distance between the 2 locations as a courtesy.
