They need to learn to read what a person is supposed to get from their reservation order instead of telling the customer that they didn't order certain items with their rentals.

John BUhaul should aggressively site test their drop-off phone app to insure it works properly at Cagels and then repair the problem. The Uhaul app kept repeating that it could not identify my location even though my location sharing settings were enabled and my MapQuest App showed I was at Cagles. This caused an extended time getting a clerk to come out and check the trailer in. And the Uhaul customer service rep just kept repeating the same tone deaf apology “I’m sorry the App is not working for you today”. But with no offer to help in any way. It was infuriating.
