I had a reservation for the U-haul at the Collesium. They moved my pickup to Canes auto because they didn’t have the 26’ Super mover or trailer for my reservation. When I arrived, the equipment wasn’t ready (had to move cars out of the way. Had to maneuver the truck in their small lot to hitch the trailer. My reservation also includes an appliance dolly (they didn’t have one), 2 utility Dollie’s (they only had one), and 2 dozen furniture pads (they only had 6 of the 24 total pads). Then when I went to do my initial inspection of the vehicle with the app, it didn’t work (and apparently was already conducted by the staff at Canes auto (that’s not how that works)). I will say that they had me pick the track up one day early and they verbally gave me two days free to my 7 day reservation (9 total days) but didn’t document that in the system, making the turn in at my drop off location more of a hassle as the automated system tried charging me extra for the truck, trailer, safe move, and safe tow. In the end the two free days were approved at the drop off location. In the end, I shouldn’t be diverted to a different pickup location for my reservation. U-haul needs to do better.

ARDA AExcellent customer service, went above and beyond when U-Haul switched the pickup location without notifying them that I was even coming originally or myself that the pickup location had been switched and they got it all fixed. Absolutely amazing.
