The truck was filthy when we picked it up. We had to sweep and there was a huge pile of dirt that came out. Extremely not pleased and will not be using this location again.

Took sales associate a long time to figure out what to input into the system to allow the rental. Had to get external support. The trailer is not well maintained broken glass on deck, jack was hard to turn, strap ratchets seized and freyed. Doing thing digital was not efficient from pick up to drop off. I've rented many things from uhaul but never had this many issues.

This 15' truck is absolutely disgusting. After I brought to my warehouse when I opened the cargo hold roll up door the nauseating stench was unbearable. The walls and floor were covered in a brown/black substance. I have spray the interior of the cargo hold with extra strength vinegar and washed down with hot water. I picked this truck up at a location completely out of my way, had difficulty picking it up from the clerk and before I can load anything into it I have to clean it. This is unacceptable, I hope this company will take better care in cleaning these trucks. I rent on a regular basis and this is not the first time we have had to clean, however not to this severity. Absolutely disgusting - I will think twice next time about renting from Uhaul, and I most certainly will let others know to check the cleanliness before driving off the lot.
