I drove from the Uhaul place to my house, then to my destination and back to the Uhaul place. No detours, no extra trips. Yet apparently the miles allowed was not sufficient to accommodate my trip. I do not appreciatte being nickled and dimed to pay for extra miles. Next time I will use another company to rent.
The drop off place was closed at 12 PM on a Saturday.

This location was awesome! They were very nice, helpful, and it was easy to drive into with the trailer attached! They assisted me by taking the trailer off and made sure I had my adapter for the lights before I left, I didn’t even have to get out of the truck. Wonderful people! Would definitely recommend.

Maybe don't waste our time having to wait around just to be seen when we had an appointment to pick it up. It would have been different if they were busy or only had one person working but there was at least 3 men behind the counter and only one customer before us who was already being tended to by someone. Then have us drive all the way back when we already stated we are in a hurry because you forgot to load the dolly we paid for. No boxes were available either for the bundle prices listed on the UHaul website nor was the actual size of uhaul I wanted. Had to settle for the 15ft. I expected more for the price I paid. When we returned it, the man claimed he wasn't responsible for the UHauls either and rudely stated we would just have check our charge later on our account. We were already stressed with our move, we had less than two days to move while both my fiance and I work seperate schedules and no help with moving and had our fair share already with surprise expenses. My intention of purchasing a UHaul was to help lessen our stress of moving but it just created stress.

Recently rented a trailer for a move from California. Completely different experience. This location the personnel were knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly PROFESSIONAL. The Holdenville location was a polar opposite experience. Will rent from the Seminole location again

Maybe inspect the vehicles cleanliness before assigning it to a customer. I received the vehicle with a sticky residue on the seats and the tow space unswept.

The drop off location closed at noon. Called the 1-800 number and they said drop the trailer anyway. Take a picture. Seems like someone could have come along and stolen it after we dropped it off.
