Lost my reservation. I ordered an appliance dolly. They did not have any. Could not find the keys to the truck. Ended up being in the truck. Moving is a hassle with all this also.
Kevin CI would take away the advertising for a 29.95 U-Haul I made 2 trips a half an hour away and it cost me over $200 because of mileage then another $40 for replacement fuel. It almost felt like I was being ripped off especially with the mileage

Mary DBefore charging someone a 25 dollar cleaning fee make sure it's clean before they use it,the one i rented had clumps of dried up dirt in it and got charged that cleaning fee
JASON RTruck was filled with dirt and debris in the back but I returned it clean. Truck was ran good but make sure you put way over the amount used in gas when returning. They lie about how much gas is in it when you take it and charge 10 bucks a gallon if it is not where they say the gas was when you took it. Even if you have a photo showing how much was in it.

TRACI MThis specific Uhaul truck’s ramp would not pull out the entire way making it impossible to “lift and hook” the ramp into the ramp slots making the ramp and truck floor flush. We were moving very heavy pianos on dolly’s and this 2” step up made it even more difficult. Other than this all good.
Michael AOnly problem I had they said the truck was full to fill it back up. I only use 16 miles but it took $18 and six or 7 gallons to fill the truck back up so evidently it wasn’t full as as when I filled it up.

shaun mThe staff was very nice, but didn't really know how to input data into their computer. It caused some confusion from U-Haul. Training is definitely warranted.
sonja tThe truck was squeaky with the breaks but it’s okay because the lady at the store was very nice and made sure she called u-haul back to get me another truck because the one i was supposed to get had cockroaches.

APRIL EHave the employees check the rentals before sending out for a customer. The rental I choose had a big gash in the tire. I was given a different unit that was drivable but the transmission light was on, the roll handle for the window was broken. The vehicle was sticky dirty inside. Maybe it’s time to put that vehicle out of service before letting people use them.
Melissa HTo be honest I was a little bit pissed off. I brought the trailer back early and because the U-Haul portion of the store closed at 6 I brought the trailer back first thing Saturday morning and was charged for the whole day Saturday. I don't think that was right and I will never rent a trailer from U-Haul again. And I use trailers quite a bit. I would reconsider to use U-Haul if they would make this right. Jeffrey TI had a problem with the beginning mileage. I took a picture of the odometer before I started, but it turned out different from what was reported in the computer. I had taken pictures of the before, middle and ending mileages, and the people at the desk were very accommodating and fixed the charge to make it correct. I appreciated their help and professionalism.

John AMake sure the trucks are aligned better, also there were no furniture blankets in the truck to use. I had to use my own personal blankets. The truck bed was not cleaned out, there were leaves and dirt from the previous user who didn't sweep it out after they used it. The cab was nice and clean and smelled good.

Alan JI was supposed to pick up the truck at 1:30 on 5-27 I changed it to 2:00, when I got to the location there was no truck available for me. This reservation was made on 5-25. I finally received the truck at 5:20, It was dirty, the doors didnt close right worse reservation of my life.
Melvyn MWhen I rented the truck a dashboard light was on, that appeared to be an airbag warning light. I noted it when returning truck, and hopefully it will be addressed before the next rental. Also was a furniture dolly left in the back of the truck in the attic area. Assume it was from previous renter, but nowhere to leave comment when returning truck after hours.

Kendall DNo. We did not have the utility dolly I rented in the truck, the lock box was not on the truck, we didn’t know where it was, here it was on front of store building, then the lock wouldn’t unlock, we had to wait till the store open to get my truck !!! I paid for all this and this location is not doing their job at all, I went n the store they acted like It was a big deal!,, not a good experience at all.

Drextel Awhen i rented the truck i was charged for the truck & pre-charged for 20 miles, the truck had a half a tank of gas, i took a picture of the gas gauge. and milage. When i returned it the truck had a half a tank of gas the girl argued with me and i showed her the pictures i took, and she said i was going to be charged for the difference. and she charged me for a additional 10 miles, i only drove 10 miles and was charged for 30 miles

Joe NImprove your software. I them 30 minutes to check me out, finally had to call a representative to get the process completed. Also, don’t know why I need 2 names and phone numbers. I could have given fake names and numbers if I wanted. Just more of a waste of my time. The person who came up with that idea is a real rocket scientist!

kimberly cI ordered my rental truck approx 2 weeks before I moved. On the day I picked up the truck, I found out there were no dollys or furniture cloths available. That’s not acceptable for UHAUL to drop the ball like that!

RALPH JIf i could give them a minus 10 i would. First of all, All 4 tires in the trailer needed replaced but weren't. Husband didnt realize it until we had it loaded. Somrthing was wrong with the trailer from the beginning. I have rented multiple trailers from uhaul over the years and none made my vehicle feel the way that it did. In top of the fact that we get 400 miles to a tank dropped it down to 150-160. Husband thought maybe the break was staying engaged. Had a blow out took over 2 hours for someone to come fix it. The guy that came said all 4 tires needed replaced but he is only aloud to fix the one that blew out. He warned us about the tires and stated good luck getting there. Plus the trailers are to be inspected regularly this one had not been inspected since the 3rd week of February. Trailer was not cleaned out from previous time it was rented. I will never rent from uhaul again.

Roy WMake sure the equipment is there and don’t charge customers for more days than they used.
