Worst rental exp. I have ever had. Rental was 1 hour drive from requested location. Location phone no. did not work. Rental pickup was scheduled for 0700 am. Site was not scheduled to be open until 0800 and attendant showed at 0820. Caused me to be 3 1/2 hours late and to spend an extra night out. This is all on UHAUL and not on rental site or return site. Either poor or no communication from UHAUL. I was lied to when I tried to get help. Rude or no help from supervisor. AUSTIN ZI had ordered 12 packing blankets and they were not provided. I neglected to remind the guy that I needed them. I believe I was still charged for them however.

SCOTT STruck ran well and was clean but the box or whatever you call the area you put your stuff in leaked and ruined some of our stuff. it is apparent that the issue was known as duct tape had been used to attempt repair it inside as well as caulking on the outside.
