Rains seem to play badly but is not the pronblem do the location, but a problem with the company. I would definitely recommend this place again, I have used that location on several other occasions as well. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff.Pat R.
Your self check-in absolutely sucks.... Especially when it is raining. Loading photos into a slow website is not the best Idea I am sure this is a great option off of a PC, but from a cell phone you add another level of connection complexity... You need to minimize the information that needs to transmit to make this work.John Douglas W.

Have the appropriate mileage on the paper work and let customers know upfront if they need to take pictures of anything. When there is a mistake on their end be responsible and take care of the customer instead of trying to get more money from them. Very dissatisfied with this company and will will not use them again.Bridget R.
Took over an hour to get the the truck! The 2 elderly women at Busy Bees did not know what they were doing, were frustrated, unprofessional and rude! One accussed me of being on my phone canceling what she was doing. She finally walked away, needing a cigarette smoke, they could not get Uhaul to help them on the phone, after 50 min, got in touch with someone who worked it all out in 5 minutes. Truck reeked of cat urine and have to ride with Windows down!!MICHAEL C.

Had to change first location due to it no longer being a UHual drop off site. I was pretty upset that we had to drive even farther after dealing the rude employee at the original drop off site that was no longer being used. Would have been nice if you kept your website updated so I wasn't assigned an improper drop off point. After this annoying setback I rushed dropping off the UHual at the new site and locked my personal keys in the UHual and had to pay over $400 for a pop a lock that took over two hours to get to us which was way longer than the estimated time. Would have preferred that a UHual employee just unlocked the key return box even if I had to pay a fee, which I'm sure would have been much less. Pickup was easy, truck was in great condition, drop off on the other hand needs some serious work. The second place was not at fault for this though drop off there was very clear and easyKAILA S.

You can take care of customer. My husband rented truck and it broke down 4 miles down road. Waited on side of road for 4 hours. All due to person renting out Uhaul not maintaining proper maintenance. We have still not been refunded from this experience. My husband called back today and was assured it would be taken care after being on phone over an hour, only to find out our card was charged again! We were unable to move in a timely manner and was given a replacement truck 6 hours after our scheduled pick up time and it was so small our furniture would not fit. We should not be charged ANYTHING for the inconvenience this caused. Will never use Uhaul again and will encourage any person I know not to rent from you guys. The boutique in Calhoun has no business renting out Uhaul! Worst experience from moment we arrived at store.ALEXANDER D.

Seller was rude!! A dolly and truck was rented out but when returned the dolly was left in the truck and the seller said that was fine !! Now she is calling saying it was never returned when in fact it was !! When seller gave me a call she was adamant that it was my fault !!Mariah S.

Your booking was horrible. You changed my location. You gave me a truck that was 4 days overdue. So it was not there. Wound up with a 20' instead of a 15' and had to hire a driver for a bigger truck.JAMES L.

I do not appreciate that I fill out and pay for the rental online then have to go inside and pay again inside and when I go to pick up the trailer the cord to connect is too short to reach the back of a truck had to go and get an extension in order to be able to use the trailerWilliam m B.
I had an appointment to pick up my truck and appliance dolly. We walked in the store that had no ac and it was very hot. On approaching the counter where there were two women working; I was not greeted. The lady at the counter said to the person behind me, â€œAre you ready to check out?â€ Completely ignoring me. I was left to wonder wth??? Am I invisible? Then I realized that she must not check people in or out for uhaul. There was another lady there assisting another customer. I waited in line for 30 minutes while she assisted the other customer never once acknowledging that I was there. Very frustrating and really subpar customer service and lack of human decency. Once my turn came I was checked out within ten minutes. I got all the way to the truck and checked for the dolly. There was no appliance dolly so I had to go back in to secure that. Moving is already frustrating enough, but this really worked my last nerve. There's really no point in making a reservation if this is how you are treated.Tracie T.

I drove 25 miles round trip. I put 20 bucks in the tank right before I dropped it back off which put it on half a tank or a little over. I received an email with my statement for a $66 dollar fuel charge. 26ft truck gets 10 miles a gallon x let's say 3 which exceeds my round trip. 20 Ã· 2.35 gallon =8.5 and 8.5 gallons x 10= 85 miles. So I was told I left with 2/3 a tank and returned with half a tank but the truck holds 60 gallons....my mileage is 25 miles but some how I used 15 gallons of gas is what I was told by customer service. I'm waiting for the manager to call me back or refund my $66. Hopefully this was nothing more than an honest mistake. The ladies were older and very nice just a little slow on processing at arrival. I'll update when I hear back on it.steven B.
