I marked the truck clean, but it really needed a wash....mostly it just needed to wiped down.... floor looked like something spilled on the floor and did not get wiped up....windshield was dirty needed to be cleaned. could not clean it with the wipers too dirty.... We are out here in the dusty area of town and understandable. all in all a very good experience... Thank You.

If reservations have been made in advance, it should be available during the scheduled date and time. There is lack of communication with U Haul system as a whole. I would no longer use or recommend U Haul

On 9th feb, 06:00pm, I rented a 15 inch truck and then later returned it to the location where I took it and I have the video but still it was recorded as not returned. I kept receiving emails saying that I still had to return it. I called customer service, they connected me to the location manager, I sent him the video he said ok but then still that transaction never got closed. Until, recently I got charged around 1200 for freaking nothing caz they thought I had the truck until 23th feb. i will never ever contact this company again specially this location which the manger is the worst and the worker there which I talked to face to face I believe Joseph as per what he said, he denied to give me manager’s number, he didn’t tell me when manager would come. Overall, I wanted to go legally about this and I might make a legal claim also. Worst experience ever. This location is a total scam.
