At least have few staff members who can attend calls/ who can keep up with routine maintenance of the trucks. I called to confirm was told to make online RSVP, made an online reservation but online site had listed unavailable for the trucks the representative told me. Given another phone number to call and make RSVP, was given a truck/ date and time and text messages to fill out information, great! Before I Get to the location, mind you I had finished my online profile to save time by giving all my identification, personal Info. The clerk asked more questions, needed to see everything, check but verify, I get it! 2 phone number preferences, another 30 mins passed by, before I pay, the clerk can't find the keys but runs over to back of building, verifies the keys were left in the ignition from the past incoming and says,"brother I'm so sorry the truck is dead". First, I'm not a brother, I have a name, respect plays a long way, yet I keep my composure. Okay, now the clerk is extra apologetic I stay humble, while he's calling an area manager to find more vehicles...okay np.. at this point I didnt want to drive to another area given extra free miles and a different larger vehicle...I leave and 4 hours later the battery is fixed and they called to see if I needed the truck. Guess what, I made it to my new home the next day!

It is expensive to check your truck back in here and the dont care and d as little as possible to help so you get charged extra days

Very nice man, he didn't have to take our rental being he was full but he did, we were so grateful for that. Highly recommend doing business there.

Took entirely too long to rent an auto transport for a day. Tried to reserve on line but finally gave up with that. Went to a local rental agency and found the situation was not much better, was not the fault of the agency, the procedures were much too long for a simple rental.

I was allowed to reserve and pay to rent a trailer they ddidnt have. I was sent to another location to rent the trailer i was trying to rent. It cost me half a day. U=Haul customer service was fantastic. She transferred me to someone in scheduling was not. Dropoff in McDonough, Georgia was excellent.

The only problem was a missing gas cap. I called the dealer, he didn’t have a clue what to do. Said he was calling his supervisor for information. Never returned my call. I purchased one, loaded my truck and drove away. I called the help # and William was courteous and VERY VERY helpful.

The person that answered the phone was not very helpful. The phone call was very awkward with a lot of silence after I would ask a question. Had to ask if he was still there. I finally just hung up. And thought I guess they will figure out where the truck came from and why it is sitting on their lot.

Had some trouble trying to drop off after hours but got a receipt within a hour from the drop off location that it was all done. I really appreciate this place.
