I did not choose this location. U-Haul changed my pick up location due to lack of reserved vehicle at that location. Return after change was not designated, but this location was drop off location with the excuse there is no U-Haul in Athens Ohio. There is but for what ever reason I was instructed to return to place of pick up by the person working there. $20 after hours drop fee, not disclosed but printed on receipt. Charged for mileage costing more than after hours drop fee, looks like I was going to get charged an extra fee regardless of what I do with returning this rental.
Steve DUhaul in general is useless
Trinity KDrop-off went smoothly. Location was closed that day, but the app was helpful with the return, and the drop-box for the key was clearly marked.
