Bingru ZI feel, they over charge me the price I use Uhaul only for 8 kms and they charge me for 8 litter of gas. How is that possible? A small vehicle gives millage only 1km/1lit gas. Plus i paid 67 dollar for only 2 hour and 8 kms its too much.
NISARG MYou should provide the customer to drop the vehicle at the destination where one is going and not to return to same location from where he had picked the vehicle.

JAMES NEverything was fabulous but the thing is if i had reservation at one store it means this is 100% confirmed that vehicle will be available to me at my reserved uhaul pickup Location but i don’t know without any informed to me and without any permission, why my uhaul pickup location transferred. Second transferred location was only just 2.5 kilometres away from my house but the thing is suppose if there’s no transportation service near to my home they how the person can reach to destination. This thing was inconvenienced for me .

MARK BPoor communication on when to pick up the truck. We were originally supposed to pick it up at the Dougall location at 7 AM. The night before we were told that there was no truck available and they sent us to the Campbell location. We arrived the next morning at 7 AM only to find out that that location does not open until 8 AM. We already had volunteers at the house to pack up the U-Haul. This greatly affected our plans for the day and started everything off on a poor note. I attempted to call the 1-800 number and after trying to rectify the situation the representative hung up the call after 41 minutes , it was very frustrating and just exemplified the poor communication. The solution from dispatch. was to complete the process on the app however it was not set up correctly, which led to more frustration because there was no vehicle on the app for pick up even though it showed we had an active registration. Overall, not a good pick up experience at all.

Vila MTruck was dirty, and I had to drive to another location and waste my renting time because they didn't told me the truck was not on the loc I originally planned, and I also had to pay more for gas

zia sThe driver's side window handle crank was broken which made rolling down the window difficult. Also, there was no interior light in the cab when you opened the door which made it hard to see inside the cab at night. Very poorly maintained in my opinion.
Jason VBooked the U haul for 1 January and the truck was not available on the spot. The local staff was co-operative hence she arranged a vehicle on the spot else the promise done by U haul customer service was of no use.

The vehicle ran 3Km in total and he is asking us to fill the gas. 3km doesn’t take up 1liter of gas in a van. And even if it does, he is asking me to drive to a gas station again to fill up a liter of gas. Seriously?
MANVENDRA RI was supposed to pick up my reserved Uhall track at 8 am but the store employees slept in and opened the store late which messed up my day plan. Only thing this location needs to work ok is respecting time and actually treating the job with respect
