Carol MCommunicate with the dealer better. It took an additional 20 minutes before I was able to leave because they didn’t have things ready. I overlooked that because everything worked perfectly and the counter person was very nice and U-Haul discounted my mileage rate. Thank you!
Mathew GRight rear door latch needs to be lined back up very hard to close and open I had to use more force than usual to open it looked like the bottom spacer is worn and dented little

Jessica DKyle was very helpful and did everything he could to get me on the road. When we were hooking up my Jeep on car hauler discovered it had a broken strap on the wheel tie down. Kyle called u haul and tried to get me a different car hauler hauler representative informed to supply me with a tie down from store and connect it to the wheel tie down and it worked no issue after that. Thank God Kyle went the extra mile to get me on the road it was very stressful
Randall PWe had a flat tire on the trailer in Green Bay. We called the U-Haul line and they contacted a company with a wait time of 2 hours. Then Steven Sabah from U-Haul pulled up next to us on the highway and got someone there in 15 minutes. Steven saved us at least 1 hour sitting in the truck along the highway with trucks passing. I believe he went above and beyond and wanted to recognize his efforts.
Ned PTruck cab was full of dog hair,the a/c didn't work and there was less than half full.Need to better inspect vehicles upon return

Stephen RTruck had only half a tank of gas. Reps from Uhaul had no idea on hooking trailer up. Uhaul reps were very disrespectful and couldn’t find reservation. We’re trying to charge us more than what the reservation was for. Reps spent more time out in their private vehicles smoking than researching and finding correct reservation. Absolutely had no idea what they were doing!!!! Will not use or recommend this store ever again!!!!

Tim CI returned the truck and was asked if it worked okay and I responded that it did, but the steering felt a little loose. Then he said "Anything else? And I said "No", and he said "You're good to go!!" He never looked at the truck. I received a receipt stating I dropped it off after 11:00 am, but in fact I returned it before 9:00 am. I was also charged for gas which I should not have been because I returned it with a little over a 1/4 tank of gas. I question whether he has my return confused with another vehicle because as I stated he never left the building or looked at the truck. I shouldn't have been charged the fuel fee and would appreciate a reimbursement on my credit card.
Michael AThey did not advise online that CashApp / Netspend cards are not accepted, and therefore it was a scramble on an already stresfull moving day of finding a way to resolve that situation. Not all of us have credit cards and most employers pay on these "netspend" cards now. That was an unpleasant experience to start.
Ashley KApp did not work. I was charged double. I will be disputing the charge amount with my credit card company. Horrible experience.
Eric GMaybe have the hitches elevated on the 6 x 12 enclosed trailers as they are very heavy and hard to lift when hitching up,
DALE TFor the most part things were good. 2 issues, 1 you should offer the adapter if the wiring isn't different.. Instead I had to spend another $20 to drive away. 2 where is my deposit. I was told 24 hours and it's almost 48. Might not sound like a big deal. But I'm a disabled veteran and live on that.

Karen PWanted to rent from Cheboygan Michigan to Greenfield, Wi one way. Nothing available. They recommended a 26 ft truck. Much too big. The nearest 15 ft truck was Iron Mountain. This added hundreds of miles and dollars to the cost. But it was a one time need.
Chris TSomeone had hauled cabbage in the trailer before me and did not clean it out. I needed the trailer so I still used it.
Tiffany TTold my card would be charged the day I returned the trailer. It was charged the day I got the trailer. I told them I would get to Carson City the afternoon of the drop off date but they put 11am as my drop off time and notified the retrieval team at 1 pm to hunt me down. I also was charged a $80 insurance fee that was never mentioned to me.
Johna MIt took almost 3 hours before I could even rent it because I went there Saturday at 12 and didn't get back to where I was supposed to until 3 and then when I did get the trailer all done I couldn't even take it that night because the lights weren't working so I had to have a friend fix it so they would work and then I had to get the trailer the next day
cheyenne fThe return was a goat rope. Evidently someone at UHaul thinks I can check in a trailer on my cell phone. THINK AGAIN. I don't have my password memorized. I don't know how to take and load photos. I don't know why UHAUL cannot send the info on trailers to the place I am to return them so I can just drop it off like I do with truck keys. It took 45 minutes of creating passwords, wondering why anyone would think I did not return it clean and put a $15 charge on there. I cleaned it before I turned it in. The location was not the problem. UHaul and their programs are the problem.
MJeanne yDrove 20 miles and was charged for 5+ gallons of gas at 6.00. Not only did I put gas in unit but the unit was given to me with less than 1/2 tank I filled to 1/2 as instructed then gharged for more gas after I dropped it off. Feeling a bit used!
Gerald BShannon was very disrespectful to an employee named Polly when Polly was the only person trying to help me. Granted nobody knew how to give me the 15 foot uhaul truck I pre registered for Polly was exceptional in her customer service skills. It shouldn’t have taken an hour and 40 mins to get a uhaul truck I pre registered for. Also, I paid for an appliance dolly and they did not give me that. They gave me a utility dolly. So i paid more for the dolly essentially. They also double charged me for the uhaul truck. I want to be reimbursed what is owed to me and I would hope tru value camponi gets rid of Shannon because she was swearing, and all over the place. Shannon couldn’t focus and to be honest she acted as though she was on drugs. Thank you Polly for trying to help me and taking that time to learn how to do it. I’m terribly sorry to Polly for that employee strictly bullying her and being an awful co worker towards her. I have two other witnesses of these acts against Polly and we’re all dissatisfied with this service.

Kathy MPerson who was supposed to check the truck out didn’t notice all the padding left in the truck from previous customer and I was charged for it, I was also charged for 2 appliance dolly’s and a regular dolly which I had only order 1 appliance dolly out of the bunch but forgot to take it with me and by the time I realized it I was too far to go back and get it. Would give 5 stars on everything if that is settled.

ASHLY NThe computer didn’t work and the contract wouldn’t print. It had to be emailed. There wasn’t a close drop off point listed so they sent me with no drop off appointment. The trailer brakes locked up twice, but there were no other trailers available. After driving for about 10 minutes the brake worked better

WILLIS LEmployee at pick-up did not know enough basic information to go over the truck and how to drive it. The windshield was filthy and even the gas station squeegee didn't help. The windshield wipers were shot. When I asked how to lock the back the person told me there was no way to lock a haul, just back it up to a wall.

Maria SMake sure the u-haul computers work! We waited a very long time, received no paper work because computer was not working and had to do this over the phone.
JANET GReally dirty on the outside, lots of dead bugs. Cab was clean though. I did have a coupon for a free rental and it went through on the website but was still charged the full amount on pick up, I needed the truck that day and at that time so finding out what happened at the time wasn't going to happen.
Garrett BI rented a 20 ft unit, but it was only 15 ft long. It was stressful because some tall shelves had to be laid sides ways, and I couldn’t fit everything, but I got the big things. I didn’t have time to call or change trucks once we realized this.
KELLY BEverything was excellent with the truck and service. My only comment was that this location did not carry packing boxes and I had to look elsewhere for them. Just an inconvenience and not a complaint. Young man who helped me was very helpful and courteous.
