By far best experience at Caravans for my uhaul. Stress free experience with Holly!!! She made this stressful move so much better than I would have ever expected. I had made prior reservation that had no staff to help, I was directed to Caravans Automotive Repair for my Uhaul rent and it went so smooth and stress free with Holly. I can’t thank her enough! I will always go here any Uhaul rent.

Russel RI'm still waiting for the refund it's been over 2 weeks, was finally in contact with the company on a Thursday and they said that they just completed the contract and that the refund should be issued within 5 business days, and today's day 5. Still waiting..

Dave WHolly was awesome! She was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Easy to check out and in. I will use this location again the next time I need some sort of hauling equipment. I rented a Tow dolly and wasn't to jazzed that the wheels turned. I wish they were rigid so you could back the car up like a normal trailer. I didn't have much room when picking up my car so I had to back up and the wheels of the trailer almost dented the side door. If the trailer axle was fixed it would have been much easier.

scott GI turned the truck off one time during the use. That time, when I tried to restart it, the starter dragged and the battery was weak. I didn't turn the truck off from that point forward.
BILL JCalled Uhaul before driving to this drop off location to confirm they would be open as it was a 55 minute drive from Bellingham, WA. Was told they were open. Upon arrival, they were closed. No cell reception so I could not do the drop off procedure via my phone and no one to check my return in person. Left the trailer in a safe place, took pictures, left and called Uhaul once I had reception and let them know trailer had been dropped off on SUNDAY 9/8/24 before 10am. On MONDAY 9/9/24 - trailer still came up as not checked in. Called UHAUL and they said it should be open and would call them to verify...call center said they were closed on MONDAY so rep sent email to location for help and included me on email thread. Jason from Marysville location responded and later in the day checked the trailer in but notated it as dropped off on MONDAY 9/10/24 in the afternoon which was incorrect. Call Center said I would have to pay less as the rental was returned sooner but Jason from drop off center said I had to contact pick up location, he could not help. I asked him to correct drop off info to SUNDAY 9/8/24 before 10 am and to date has not responded. Our drop off experience could have been better if the Marysville location had been more upfront with their store hours and were actually open when they were supposed to be. Nothing worse than trying to return something and no one is there when they are supposed to be, NO CELL SERVICE and you are in an unknown location during a long distance move!

Brenda MHolly was awesome! So helpful and nice to deal with. The truck was in great condition, we had no problems. Parking is a bit of an issue if you wanted to leave a vehicle, but overall we were very pleased.

Brook SHolly at Canavans is great. The whole rental process was a disaster. I went to Canavans to make my reservation because I have rented there before and was very pleased with the service. Uhaul immediately changed my reservation to M&M market instead. I was not happy but was given no choice. I stopped by to confirm my reservation on Thursday 8 / 8. When I showed up un Saturday morning the truck was not available at M&M Market. I contacted Holly at Canavans and she was able to provide me a truck to save my move. Thank you Holly. If my reservation would have been left as originally scheduled I would not have had to deal with trying to make last minute arrangements because M&M Market rented out my reserved truck and I was left scrambling at the last minute to meet my scheduled obligations.

DWAYNE HHolly was super helpful and extremely nice. She made the whole thing so easy. The overall score for the location is just bc it's in a dirty little auto shop. Hard to tell where exactly to go. And there is NO parking my my personal vehicle. But everything else was great. I'm gonna tell everyone I know to go there bc of Holly. She was really great. It was SO easy to rent the truck. She explained everything. She was super cheerful. Dropping it off was even easier. The price was very reasonable.
Amanda MI didn't get an initial rental agreement via email as stated by the front counter lady, Hollie. I drove 16 miles and put 2 gallons of gas in it, here's why that's important. They charged me for 2 gallons of fees for gas when it was not full when I received it. Again if I had an initial rental agreement I would have raised the fuel issue at that time but was unable. Granted she did return early from grabbing parts for the repair shop this location is sub-contracted to, but she was the only one that could do the u-haul process. I'd like to request a refund for the fuel charges associated with contact # 92302793 please, thank you.

Kevin BI would like to say that the lady who assisted me throughout the whole situation was absolutely amazing! Her name is Holly and made this whole process easy and stress free. She's Super easy to communicate with., very nice and respectful. I will 100% be coming back to her for my next U-Haul experience. The truck itself was great as well. Very clean and well kept. Performed amazing and got the job done. I couldn’t be happier and I can say this is the best customer service/service I have ever experienced.

Terry wI reserved a 26-foot truck. upon arrival i was told there were no 26 foot and all they had was a 20. This created a real problem. Additionally, the 20-foot trucks brakes barely worked, and the check engine light was on and it smelled like an ashtray. I will not be renting U-Haul again.

tyler pHolly, as always, is fantastic! We had originally requested a 15-foot truck, but something happened to it on a previous rental, and it was no longer available. Holly came to the rescue, helping me pick out a larger 20-footer that worked perfectly for my needs and let me finish in one trip instead of two! Holly made the whole experience better. Canavans is the only place I'll go for my Uhaul needs.

John JBetter directional signage would help. This is a shared location with an auto repair business, so it's a bit confusing unless you're familiar with the location. I wasn't.

william mThe only issue I had with my rental was the Uhaul app. The team (I mean Holly) at Canavan's is super helpful and always has clean and well-maintained equipment. The Uhaul app is terrible for doing after-hours returns, though. It times out when taking photos and is just slow and painful to work with. I shouldn't have to contact live chat or call the corporate number when making a return. Holly, on the other hand, got me squared away when I returned after hours and ensures I always have the equipment I need.
