GRACIE PPoorly designed facility, muddy, with no turn room. Had to back out after hook up. Staff hours not maintained. Sat for almost an hour to return, ended up self-returned with strangers help. Avoid this one.

CHRISTOPHER BLocation was fine. Lock on lockbox was tricky. Not happy at all that Uhaul changed my pickup location. Reservation is a reservation and it should have been on uhaul to have the vehicle at my pickup location, not on me to drive to another town to pick it up. Vehicle cargo area was NOT clean and I did a remote checkout, so my only recourse was to return it far more clean than when I picked it up. Truck worked fine, but plenty of annoyances on this rental ...

FRED WSignage for the actual building to where to put the keys in a dropbox or not very obvious at all as well as this signed for the U-Haul building itself! The parking was very sporadic and had to put it somewhere else when I dropped it off then where I picked it up. They were closed yesterday, Friday the 29th the day after Thanksgiving, which was not very helpful to me. But I got a great deal on mine plus I was able to use the app which was not very easy because of the location. We are in St James Missouri. had to take multiple pictures over and over and our connection with the 5G is not the greatest out here. It was 25° with 20 mile an hour winds my hands are freezing trying to get the lock box open. Just a lot of complaining on my part, but was not very convenient overall. I would’ve rather had an associate help. But next time I will know overall the truck was great to use and all that.

RICHARD CWash the outside and clean the inside. Make sure they read the rental extras. I had to go back inside and tell the guy I was supposed to have a dolly. I also was very upset that I reserved the truck in Rolla, Missouri because I could walk to the location to pick up the truck. I was called the day before pickup and was told I had to go to St. James for the truck. That caused me to have to take a taxi which cost me $40. Not sure I will rent from UHaul again.
DARRELL PExtremely poor customer service. Didn't return calls and voice messages. Nothing was ready when getting trailer and not available during business hours when I returned trailer. I couldn't get hold of anyone. Regional Mgr didn't care and didn't understand the issue I was conveying. He refused to call me to discuss. He made his decision before getting my input.
Robert FWe had to call the owner and he had to drive from home to come give us our dollies and blankets we paid for. He was very angry about it even though it was supposedly during working hours. It made for a difficult customer service experience.
ROBIN PMake sure the open sign is on. I actually thought it was closed and couldn’t see through the windows but decided to try the door and it was open so I went in.

Kevin WI don't want to overcomplicate this comment; -Had to go to Saint James (from rolla, missouri) to get a uhaul -Owner was not there at Uhaul location (had to wait extra) -Truck did not come with dolly or packing blankets -was not refunded the $50.00 The dolly would have made things much more simplified but Uhaul or the owners have not been the same + The customer service online was on-point! (Helped contact the owners of Uhaul location)

Peter AI showed up at the scheduled time and no one was at the location. Called the number on the window and the customer experience went down from there. He was mad he had to come back and was basically rude like i inconvenienced him. I've worked with him in the past and it was really good but I won't going forward.

Joseph BYou can make your website more accurate on what is available - it was wrong on every trailer/truck I checked. Will not use the website to reserve a truck/trailer again. It is not trustworthy.

Shannon WHours on door read until 4pm six we were there at 3 and the door was locked. Tried calling but no answer. Called 1-800 number for uhaul and got it figured out. Did have contact with them the next day and they were awesome! Very polite and professional, not to mention the layout of equipment at the location was very well organized. Wish I could have met them when we dropped it off but over all, great experience!!
