U-Haul is behind the building; it should state that on their site so it can be put on the contract. I had to go to the place twice and if I hadn’t had to pass the turnoff I’d never known to take it to the back and would have dropped the trailer in front of their front door. Tried calling and voicemail was full so no help there either.
PANNA HBest U-Haul rental spot I’ve found. It’s helpful to be attached to a shop full of knowledgeable people who know how the equipment works. Staff is always very friendly.
